I ordered a Limited Time Sales - 3D Art Nail Printer (champagne color) at $34.98 plus $1.05 shipping insurance and $12.00 for shipping, and I to just received a ugly horse scarf. Terrible experience.

I ordered a nail printer from them in Feb. They sent me an UGLY scarf. Somehow they deleted there emails but I did screenshot my purchase. Now I need to know who to contact to get my money back. Terrible site. Almost 50.00. RIDICULOUS!!!

    1. Well, looks like a lot if us now own shitty horse print scarves.
They actually wanted me to return it and then refund me the postage, before refunding my purchase. I really wanted the nail printer!

I ordered a 3D Nail Printer and their site required I pay for shipping insurance with the standard shipping costs. My postal carrier came to my door, shipping label was a reused label and I needed to pay $5.05 for the package. I instead received a scarf (ugly one too). I'm still battling the company for the printer - they first told me I needed to ship the scarf back - to China - even though the label on the package was from WA. and at my expense. I pushed back and they offered me a 50% refund, I pushed back again and they offered me a 60% refund while still requiring me to return a scarf likely not worth 5 cents... I still pushed back and they just now offered me 100% refund, less the original shipping fee as it was not "their" fee. On the order it states "Full Coverage of Freight Insurance - all orders are purchased with freight insurance and we will reissue them for free if lost on the way. If you need to return we will contact the logistics provider to pick up the item. You do not need to pay the freight in advance and we will bear the full cost." And it supposedly had a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee ..."If you are not satisfied with your product we will give you a full refund without any conditions." The communication with their customer service has been anything but reliable. They do not even honor their own purchase agreement, send the wrong product after waiting 3 weeks, reuse a USPS label and stuck me with the cost of additional postage and now only want to give me a portion of what I paid for. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES AND UNTRUSTWORTHY . THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. WORST SCAMMERS EVER. They will not listen and only reply in scripted responses. Not even sure they speak English. Proceed with caution.

My purchase arrived today. However, instead of a scooter, I received a lovely pair of earmuffs. They are indeed lovely, fluffy, black earmuffs, but truthfully they are probably not worth the $48.03 I paid for the scooter. Of course better than chopsticks and spoon like others received.

I was going to give the scooter to the rehab center where I spent time back in 2004 after my brain tumor surgery, but I doubt they need my pretty earmuffs.

Lesson loearned. Buying only from Amazon.com from now on.

Same for me that it was through Walmart and it would last a few hours a first of year promotion.

I've called them but no one has answered my call. These companies are heartless people!
