What is HogStar.Store?

It is an online shopping store that is various products like Kimonos, Coats, Baby Dresses and other products like Portable Sawmilling on the Go portable saw mill, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

HogStar Store / HogCo is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided the company's address on Return Policy page as 6th Floor, 2nd Floor, Building C, Fuzhen Industrial Zone, Changfeng Road, Changzhen Community, Yutang Street, Guangming New District, Shenzhen. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. Moreover, this company name and address is also found to be provided by another similar site HoonStore.

Another address is provided with Parent company name on its About Us page as Guangzhou Baizi Clothing Co., Ltd: Workshop 2 (Fourth Floor), No. 3, Nanli Road, Jiangnan Village, Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address and pinpoints the partial match of this address in the middle of the road on or around where there is no business with the name HogStar Store or HogCo or Guangzhou Baizi Clothing Co., Ltd that has been mentioned. Moreover, this company name and address is also found to be provided by another similar site HoonStore. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email addresses i.e. zaigi@queturna.bizml.ru and chenguohua@hogco.store are not related to its domain name

Both addresses are from China but on its Terms of Service, page it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can any company from China be governed by the laws of the U.K.?

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell various products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites show such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites. Its About Us page also similar with multiple other sites like CloserCanon, Rockeay, Rabofurni, DecShopStore, GoodShopDay, Malhone, Cylien, Carknew, ProcesssShop, HoonStore, HogCoStore, QirongDaily, Totalur, Serebiy, Sttarly, Drbingoo, Enluku, Ekinpop, Dresame, LxixiixixiShop, Enhib, Ginkeoo, Sloweraou, Wiliamon, Teamrid, Sagerich, KuromstoreTop, Betterock, etc.

Its domain name i.e. HogStar.Store and website name i.e. HogCo are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same HogCo Store name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above stated reasons are enough to draw the conclusion that HogStar Store / HogCo is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Sounds like we've been scammed. We purchased an ion 70 TV about 2 months ago. I haven't had any luck tracking this company down (Hogstar). I should have known, if it sounds too good to be true, its probably too good to be true. Makes me so damn mad.
