Another address is mentioned at second Privacy Policy page linked at Checkout page as Microsequence HK Limited, 12/F KAISER CTR NO 18 CENTRE ST SAI YING PUN HK, UNIT 3A-8, Hong Kong, 香港 中国香港特别行政区 which is from Hong Kong. There is no business with the name HilifeMart that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional store for any kind of online shopping.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is providing unrealistic heavy discounts on the products it sells that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.
Copied content:
Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.
Customer Complaints and Delivery:
The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Oh no......I paid $100 for pearl jeans. NOTHING yet. I clicked on tracking number & it messed my computer up.
I ordered the Italian leather boots after about 2 months they sent me sum cheap horrible plastic boots wich look nothing like the ones I ordered. No happy . tried to email them but they just ignoreing me .scam company.
Ordered shoes but received a completely different kind of shoe, they would not respond to my emails after I refused to take a discount rather than getting the shoes that I ordered. This place is a 100% “SCAM”
Indeed this is a scam. I made the terrible mistake of purchasing shoes that were advertised as slip resistant. Took over a month to get here and they are not slip resistant. Plus the size is also advertised as size 11 and this were size 10. The quality is worst than Payless shoes. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes . Got. It after a month and got a completely different pair of shoes!
I wished I found your site before ordering from this unreliable company. I had ordered a pair of boots for my wife that claimed was going to help with her bunions. After a month of waiting, I sent them a complaint that I had not received the boots. Almost instantly, I received an email from Canada Post indicating a shipment was on its way. Strange. I received the boots and they did not fit. We ordered size 5.5 and received size 1. Unbelievable! I wrote back asking for an exchange / refund and have not received a reply. I have sent numerous emails to the service@hilifemart address and I'm yet to get a reply or a return authorization form that I requested. After reading the complaints here, I doubt I will get any resolutions from this ordeal. It is very disappointing to had paid $39.99 for the boots and $9.99 for shipping. We should all write a letter to the Better Business Bureau in Australia and run this company out of business.

Sending emails trying to get resolved. From what I'm reading on the reviews looks like that may not happen. Very disappointed. And yes the quality was not up to par!!

SCAM!!! Stay away from these thieves. They sent me the wrong size boots. Per their website instructions, I requested a return authorization for refund. They offered to let me keep the boots and would provide a 10% refund ($9) or 40% credit towards a new purchase, or I would have to absorb the expensive cost to ship the boots to China. Not sure why I have to ship to China to get a refund when the boots came shipped USPS First Class from NJ. I responded that these were unacceptable options and terms especially since the error was 100% their fault. Now they went ghost after numerous attempts to contact. I am filing a claim with PayPal and my credit card company. Also, the boots are very cheaply made. The boots for my daughters doll is better quality than the crap they sent me. They were advertised as leather and they are not even close to being leather. They are also very thin. My leather golf glove is thicker and better quality than these boots. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVING IDIOTS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I got the same issue trying to return for a refund. Given the same options. They said it would be costly to send back to China even though it says on the shipping label for post office to return to New York. Tracking says the label was created in Georgia. Quality is cheap.
Scam! Low quality and refuses to cooperate for returns/refunds. Attempting to pursue through fraud division of my credit card currently. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I screwed up. I purchased. Paid for expedited shipping. (10))days. It’s been 3 weeks. Their scumbag shipper manipulated all of the tracking. Received and shipped , 5 times. Still nothing. I’ve canceled my card due to fraud fears. DO NOT PURCHASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

I ordered a pair of BLACK hi cut shoes on January 15 . The delivery date was supposed to be 15 of February, After 15 of February, I went on FB and commented it was a scam and reported of FB about this scam . Received it on April 4th . I am Toronto and it was shipped out of Markham a neighbouring town near me . Came through Canada Post , I also received tracking # from Canada post to my email . thought it was a scam as well .Received the BLACK pair of shoes .Seems like the whole shipment came from China and individually shipped out from Markham ( Chinese Area ) 70 Gibson drive .unit 7 , Markham , ONTARIO , Canada.
Hi guys, I left a comment about a week ago because shoes ordered over almost 2 months ago had not arrived. I also said that if they arrived I’d take the statement back. We’ll, guess what,…. my shoes arrived today so as far as I’m concerned they’re off the hook. They may need to tweak the customer service when it comes to delivery, but I’m good!.

This place is a complete scam...you only have 12 hours to cancel your order..however they promise to deliver your order in 15 to 20 business days...when that time passes they send you a bogus tracking number..keep your money and stay away from this site

I ordered from them on 1/15/2022 and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MERCH! I emailed them and they said it was at the post office. All I received was a tracking number from USPS. And they don't have my merch!?

I ordered a pair of the Italian leather boots that was advertised, after an unusually long period of time they arrived from China. They look more like pleather than leather and they are too small. No packing slip or return information came with them, they arrived in a plastic bag with no return address on it..
Sadly, I had purchased some boots. Only to receive a tracking system that is none functional and that is asking for to many personnel question.
I got taken for 138 dollars from this site.
