Helenkarma complaints Helenkarma fake or real Helenkarma legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is HelenKarma.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products like tops, pants, skirts, blouses, jumpsuits, jackets, dresses, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Helen Karma is found to be a suspicious site because of the following loopholes on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided not given its company’s address and contact phone number on its About US or Contact Us details or anywhere else on its website. Such information shall always be provided by legit companies on their websites. This makes it clear that this site is trying to hide the information, so we don't recommend such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its few Product details and Cart pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling products on heavy discounted prices which seems unrealistic and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which says that the return shipping cost is not to be considered on us. So it makes you pay for the return shipping cost. Hence, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that HelenKarma is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I had a $267.33 charge to my Visa account back in March 2021.
Unfortunately I didn't check my statement & by the time I found this & disputed it with my bank I had exceeded the 120 day window of filing a disputed transaction.
I emailed the company 4 times with no response received.
I recall (only just) buying 2 dresses "Mariah Bohemian Floral Dress" but never received confirmation of order, invoice or the dresses.
I bought 2 dresses because I thought the price was AUD but it appears it was USD.
I never spend that much money on a dress & I thought they were pretty, it was reasonable & on this rare occasion decided to treat myself.
I'm now nearly $300 out of pocket (which I can't afford in this current climate) with no dresses to show for that money.
Not happy it happened but most importantly not happy with myself for not checking my statement sooner.

I actually had zero problems with this website! I love their clothes and prices are reasonable.

Apparently if you buy something from them even if it was awhile ago ( under a different company) it is a VIP subscription fee ??? . This is what my bank is telling me, so you have to dispute it through your bank & they will try & get a refund

$267.32 taken from my AMEX credit card on 15/3 by HelenKarma.com. Judging by the comments here there appears to be a common date/amount thread occurring. I have disputed the amount and AMEX has told me they have resolved my disputed transaction in the merchant's favour as they have provided evidence of my purchase. I have never heard of this company nor purchased from them - this is a fraudulent transaction and it appears they may have been doing a mass sweep of cards during the same time period. Am awaiting copy of this evidence before taking further action. I am furious that AMEX has found in the merchant's favour - I've been with them for 30+ years and never had a disputed transaction before!!

  13. HelenKarma.com took the unauthorized amount of $268 ($199USD) from my Credit card on 16/3/21 and I did not order anything from them or give them my permission. I bought something Mid-2020 from them which took forever to arrive and it was cheap and nasty and poorly made. This company is a SCAM and set up to fraud people. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the further thief and have my Bank's Fraud Dept looking into them on my behalf.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AND HAND OVER YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

First I knew the transaction was on my statement

I nor my wife have never visited the site or ordered anything form them.

This scam only came to light yesterday when checking my latest Citibank credit card statement.

I've logged an unauthorized debit claim/dispute with Citibank - let's see how long this takes to be resolved.

Additionally, Citibank should also share some blame for this situation for allowing any transactions on a non-current credit card account, which has been replaced with a different/new card number.

I was scammed $199.95 by this company on March 15 2021. I have never ordered from them. They have my visa number somehow

  17. Same as all the above comments. $199usd payment made on my credit card without my authorisation. On checking with my bank they have come back to me saying that they can not do a reverse transaction as it is all tied up with a VIP membership fee which I apparently signed up for, but I have no knowledge of doing so. The bank went on to say that when I agreed to order something back in June 2020 I must have agreed to their term and conditions which will have mentioned the VIP membership fees, all of which I was unaware of. I have sent them an email today with screenshots of the unauthorised payment and I will wait and see their response, if any!.
The address I sent it to is: Support@helenkarma.com
Good luck to everybody who has had a similar experience as mine.
