# Since now it is clear that Heaven Fashion World has been operating by the same person who was operating Sphinx Fashion Store, so there is a high chance to have the same issues with HeavenFashionWorld that clients were having with SphinxFashionStore. Lots of clients didn't receive any item from SphinxFashionStore. So, there is a high chance of not receiving your purchased items if you shop at HeavenFashionWorld.
# HeavenFashionWorld has copy-pasted its "About Us", "FAQ" and other lots of details from SphinxFashionStore which once again prove that Heaven Fashion World is a new version of Sphinx Fashion Store. Even its contact email address "sphinxcustomerservice@gmail.com" is the same one as that of SphinxFashionStore.
# Same like SphinxFashionStore, HeavenFashionWorld also hasn't provided any information about who and from where is operating and running HeavenFashionWorld anywhere on its website. It has neither provided the phone number nor any company’s address or warehouse’s address, nothing. It has only mentioned it is from Toronto, Canada on its “FAQ” and “About Us” pages but hasn’t provided the exact location of its company in Toronto. However, every legit online store will provide the detailed contact information including the phone number, return-shipping address and so on, only scam online store doesn’t care to provide the detailed contact information.
# Although Heaven Fashion World has mentioned it is from Canada on its “FAQ” and “About Us” pages, but in its “Terms of Service” page, it has mentioned it governed by the laws of United States. So, why any company from Canada will be governed by the laws of the United States? This again proves that Heaven Fashion World is lying about its real company’s location.
# Like lots of scam sites, the website HeavenFashionWorld has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example, its website theme is very untidy; it hasn’t provided the website logo or favicon; it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure its website; it has copy-pasted lots of things from other scam websites (such as its TOS, Privacy Policy, FAQ and so on); it has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee and Norton on its product detail pages and cart page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information like your credit card information can be stolen.
# The trust seal logos such as Norton, McAfee and so on presented on HeavenFashionWorld website are fake ones since they are not clickable or verifiable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official pop-up page of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals or at least we should be able to verify them by searching on the official websites of respective trust seal providers. All unclickable Notorn logos are fake as well as clickable but not verifiable Norton logos are also fake. Similarly, all the sites with unclickable McAfee logos which can’t be found on the McAfee database are the ones providing the fake McAfee logos. You can confirm this by contacting Norton and McAfee companies via their official websites. If you still don’t believe us, even you can ask them to check the trust seal logos presented on HeavenFashionWorld website are fake or not, then you will find out the reality by yourself. So, it is clear that HeavenFashionWorld has provided the fake trust seal logos, not the real ones. This is a big warning bell as none of the legit sites will try to trick people by showing them fake trust seal logos.

I feel stupid because I fell for the tricks. I bought a bunch of stuff from them and haven’t received my items OR a refund.
I’m not 100% sure how to handle it either because I’m expecting the items.
I’ve been emailing them back and forth for my product then they stopped responding. I one time found a tracking link for my items? But they just sit for departure which is weird.
ANYWAYS. This website sucks if there was a way to get my money back AND it taken down. I will most definitely try it.
You may get your money back if you contact your bank or credit card company. So, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you have paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account.
