HazelLab.com Review: HazelLab Scam or Legit?

Hazel Lab, which is selling products like "3D AUTO-LEVELING LASER LEVEL WITH PULSE FUNCTION", "3D DIY FAMILY CASTING KIT", "3 SECONDS FASTEST OPEN AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC DOUBLE LAYER TENT" and so on, doesn’t seem to be a genuine online store. Does that mean HazelLab is a scam? Well, let’s find out either is a HazelLab.com scam or trustworthy and what is HazelLab.com in real through our HazelLab review here. So, let’s begin with our Hazel Lab review.

HazelLab complaints HazelLab fake or real HazelLab legit or fraud | De Reviews

Hazel Lab might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# Like lots of scam sites, the website HazelLab has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example, its website theme is very untidy, it is selling lots of items listed on its website at a heavy discount rate, it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites, it hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos.

# The trust seal logos such as Norton, McAfee, VeriSign and so on presented on the cart page of HazelLab are neither clickable nor verifiable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. All unclickable Notorn logos are fake as well as clickable but not verifiable Norton logos are also fake. Similarly, all the sites with unclickable McAfee logos which can’t be found on the McAfee database are the ones providing the fake McAfee logos. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. So, there is no point in providing both VeriSign and Norton logos together. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which proves HazelLab is not a secured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items.

# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. I have placed an order on 9th July 2020 and expected delivery date of an item was between 19th to 29th July. Its more than 3 months now, every time I ask about the status, customer support copy and paste the same reply that we are checking, we dont have shipping details etc. I know for sure that my money is doomed. Such a fake site Hazel is. Dont ever waste your hard earned money on this, its a SCAM!!!!

  2. I made a purchase for a dog pool. Customer service gets back to you fast but fake promises. They ssif my order shipped and then a months later after back and forth emails and no tracking number, they said they forgot to ship it out. Promised me a partial refund and they'd ship it out again, then said they were never able to give the partial refund. already got the money back from my bank. 3+ months later, get the product. Website says customer satisfaction guaranteed. They deny it and say no everyone can send back items. Customer service told me to go to their website to find the return policy. If he worked for the company, the website says contact customer service and they'll give you all return information for sending items back. Website says 7 days for return policy but 30 days return for customer satisfaction. Customer service said 15. Customer service dont know anything about the website. Not a legit site. Don't order from them. You'll never get the information or item you were thinking you'd get.

I too ordered a projector and screen back in May and to date have not received my order. The company looked legit and after several back and forth emails and lies, I still have not received my order. Just like the comments above, they give you fake tracking numbers and shipping companies too. We need to do a class action lawsuit against Hazel Labs and Face Book and any other companies that are allowing them to sell on their platforms. Of course when I asked for a refund, they said no its against their store policy. The phone number published on their website has been disconnected too. I think its time to get President Trump involved! A Chinese company taking advantage of Americans!!!!

This is a fake company, they have fobbed me off with numerous emails stating that they are checking the shipment.
I then received an email saying that the items hadn’t even been shipped. I Got suspicious due to the tone of the emails and broken English they are written in.
I’ve now asked for a refund but not likely to get this having read other people’s comments..
I’ve raised it with my bank.
Facebook should be held accountable for allowing them to advertise On their platform
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered scratch remover and paid by Paypal. Payment was taken on 9 April 2020. Latest message from Paypal is that it was sent on 24 April by China Post. It is now 2 June. No indication was posted on the advertisment that delivery would be slow.

Hi, I supect this Hazellab is a fake or Suspicious!

I ordered Welding Rods on 29th Dec 2019.

To be fair, I waited sometime before raising my query ref non communications as to delivery date.
I received a few replies following my emails.
Inessence, they keep blaming the Shipping Co, and promise updates!
Luckily I paid by PayPal. I gave them plenty of warning that I would inform PayPal at the begining of March 2920.
I have now involved PayPal by esculating a Claim for a Refund or Deliver the Welding Rods!.

    Thanks Alan

I also ordered from this company. Delivery date has passed with no item delivered. They did email me back with an incomplete tracking number attached with original confirmation of my order. I ordered a projector screen and I honestly think this is a scam site. I’ve already placed a claim on my card for a refund.

          Scam! Scam! Scam!
I made 2 purchases 1 within days of each other. Both orders have same order #. After a couple of weeks of no shipping info I started emailing. I did 2 seperate emails. 1 per item. With every email I sent there was just a loop of same responses for both products. I threatened them with refunds, didn't phase them . I now have filed a claim & have paypal looking into it.
