I ordered from Hazeljar and to date 5 month later nothing I have sent e-mails and Jerard replies "Due to pandemic al shipments are delayed - I will check with shipper and get back to you within 5 days", but never any follow up e-mail.
The tracking number is not recognised and the whole thing is a sham that is why better to go to High Street Store pay money collect goods.
same issue here from may 27th !! 15 plus messages with same excuse ? they are looking into it, they are checking my file, they are contacting shipper, Item has been shipped several times and its the same tracking number that goes to cyberspace ! I filed and opened case and paypal keeps moving date for an answer to dispute. hazeljar are thieves ! they are now changing thee name ! Why is that, they rip people off and there hard eared money and paypal has yet to do anything !!
I placed an order with hazel jar.com on May 4. I contacted them multiply times. Each time they would tell me something different. I paid with my PayPal account and now have an open case against Hazel Jar with PayPal. Over two months later and still no product or refund received. I highly advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to do business elsewhere. Hazel Jar will rip you off!
The same thing is happening to me., it has been over 2 months now. They even provided me with a phone tracking number. They keep blaming Covid and saying they aren’t responsible for shipping times. Hey haven’t even shipped my package though. Absolute scammers.
