i have placed a order for a mattress was given a tracing number tried to confirm i ordered a queen size mattress no correspondence back
The advert for mattresses that this company shows on Facebook have appeared many times before using website addresses. Most have been here today and gone tomorrow!
I bought and paid for one of these mattresses which come from China and not the USA stated in the adverts.
I received a tracking number and was told it had been shipped. I followed the tracking all the way to my doorstep but instead of the mattress I received a ying yang necklace!
I emailed the company using the customer support email address in the advert to be told that their shippers had sent the wrong item. They insisted that I either had to return the necklace at my cost or I could keep it and they would refund 10% of my payment.
After a number of replies by me and them I was offered about 70% refund and disagreed with this requesting a full refund as the necklace was never ordered and it was their responsibility to claim from their shippers for the wrong item being sent. I still have not received a refund or reply from them about my request!
I paid for the mattress using my visa card and made a dispute case with them and eventually received a credit for the amount paid because the company did not respond to my request for repayment via their bank to my credit card company!
