What is HandFloor.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling fashion and clothing products like beach trunks, shirts, towels, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

HandFloor is classified as one of the problematic sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

The email address it has provided i.e. supports@vip.126.com doesn’t belong to its domain name and found to be provided other suspicious sites like Seoppo.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unrealistic discounts which is too good to be true and only the problematic sites can afford to offer such offers.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above facts, we can conclude that HandFloor is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I never received my order. Tracking number was a fake it didn’t exist. I contacted the credit card I purchased it with to file a dispute. Got an e mail
From ha dfloor saying because I filed a dispute against them
They were canceling my order. There’s no phone number to contact them either. This company is a scam. They steal
Your money. They are thieves do not order from this website

I ordered a pillow cover on December 5, 2022 and used PayPal…. Got a call from my newly opened Credit Union account with suspect debits. I only recognized one for $27.98… the others were 2 test debits… they took off the 2 test debits but since I recognized the $27.98 one we kept it on! They were out of Hong Kong!!! I should have taken the other one off too! Now I’m out tvst money! Unable to contact HANDFLOOR….. so HANDFLOOR keeps thanking me for coming back and no mention of product purchase! I thought I was safe with PayPal. Guess not. Will not go near this company again!

I ordered the Goldendoodle swim shorts from this site. It took forever to get here. But I will say, when I asked where my order was to their customer service email, they did reply. It did take longer than they said but I got them. BUT they are AWFUL QUALITY. TERRIBLE. They are long basketball shorts with terrible graphics. I am emailing back and forth with them for a full refund for this crap. They have offered me to keep them and a $5 refund as of now. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

  6. I agree with the above information. I tried to order a pair of swim trunks and a beach towel. I put my credit card information in and it took me to a PayPal only option right after doing so. Now they keep emailing to purchase my items. I'm a little worried that I gave them my credit card number and am waiting to dispute any charges.

I ordered three weeks ago and have no idea where my order is. Laura, is your YunExpress tracking number end with 7468? If so, I bet its a scam.
