  1. These lying, thieving people should be beaten & imprisoned!
Same thing here: ordered heated vest w/sleeves in Nov., finally got it in Jan., wrong size, no heating element, sent 3 emails, no response yet. SCUMBAGS!

  2. I ordered this "heated vest" from GreenBobs back in November hoping it would be here in time for Christmas as it was one of my husbands Christmas presents. After sending them 4 emails threatening to sue them they finally actually shipped it!! They also sent me a tracking number from the start that said "can not be found". Then they received another email from me telling them they BETTER find it!! UGH!! This vest was ordered in a 2 XL, and it came in today. What a joke!! No battery pack, no remote and even if it did have these things it "might" fit our 7 year old Granddaughter who is not fat or chubby at all!! I'm going to turn them in to everyone I can find to turn them in to!! WHAT A RIP OFF....NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY TRICK ME!!

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also go to the post office and get a copy of the information for the tracking number that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight without a battery pack and remote. (If you already have the weight and address details, then you no need to go the post office). Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.
      Good Luck!

  3. I ordered two heated vests through greenbobs, and like everyone else, had the same problems, including being "LIED" to by their alleged support help. It took 60 days to receive my order. The sizes were wrong, an X-large is more like a medium, a large is like a small. No batteries came with these vests. Worst of all, these vests have no brand name and did not come with any information as to what size battery or power pack needed for the vests to operate. I've ben had.

  4. Greenbob - WORST Company ever - Please read
RIP-OFF. Less than 1 rating. Please do not buy them. I have reported them to Facebook (where I saw their ad) and to International business concerns.

    1. They were extremely late. I ordered in October 2019 and recieved them in January 2020.
    2. They didn't come with a battery and they said you don't need one, you do.
    3. Photos lead you to believe it comes with a power source, it doesn't.
    4. Sizes are too small, and I even measured three time before ordering (per their chart)
    5. Their customer service is the WORST. A joke
    6. Clearly a China company.
    7. They will not return my $311 purchase! They will not return any product unless it is defected...ummm none of me 6 coats work. I have plugged them in to charge for 8 hrs...they do not work.
    8. When I told them I was going to report them, they said they would give me $3. Then they said $50.

Do yourself a favor... find another company. This "GREENBOB" is unethical.

Btw - call your form of payment (credit card/PayPal/etc) and file a claim.

  5. I ordered a heated jacket! I got my product but it took almost 2 months. It does not come with a battery pack so I’m mad! I know this is not a good company so not sure what to do next.

  6. Ordered the heated vest around Dec 4 as a Christmas present for my wife. It took 3 weeks to get here but just in time for Christmas. When she unwrapped it we tried to find the 'remote charger" since it is mentioned 3 times in the directions. Not there, so I emailed customer support - they replied next day and said remote charger was not included. OK, I bought a battery pack to "charge" the vest. After 12 hours and several tries still could not get vest "heat button" to turn on. I emailed them again and was told to watch a youtube video. I did - but it still does not work. Second problem is although I ordered a 3X the size is a Large at most, so I asked for a refund since she can't wear it. They responded by asking if I used their size chart. I ordered a 3X for a XL person which should have been plenty big, even over clothing, expecting it to fit. Sent 3rd request for refund instructions - still no reply.

    1. In that case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this post as well as your conversation with them as a reference. Good Luck!

  7. my wife ordered two of the heated vests for xmas gifts she placed the order nov, 23 2019 not only hasn't received them yet but haven't even reached the United States yet presently dec , 28 2019 never again

  8. Can you give me the email address
You used to contract them. Greenbobs I ordered a vest which I never

    Thank you so very much

  9. It's not completely a scam. I received all my orders. I place my order on November 15th and had it in hand on Dec 19th. 2 heated vests and a pair of heated socks. I ordered the wrong color, emailed the immediately and received an email back 4 days later approving my request to change colors. Good luck to everyone on your orders. Merry Christmas to you all!

    1. You are a lucky person then. Lots of people haven't got their product from Greenbobs Store.

Merry Christmas to you too 🙂

  10. I ordered a heated vest on Greenbobs.com on December 1st and I got an email on the 4th saying it had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number. But the tracking info says it can not be found. I have emailed them 5 times but never got a response. After reading about it being a scam website, I have started the refund process with my bank today.

  11. Unfortunately i ordered a heated vest from greenbobs paid for faster shipping about 3 and a half weeks ago they took my money quickly still no vest. Haven't heard anything then all of a sudden i received a fraud alert that someone in California is drawing cash out of my account. It started out as a 93 dallor cash withdrawal then a 78 cash then 182 dallor withdrawal. So im out the 49.98 for the vest and got scammed out of over 300 dallors so don't take chances do your homework first. I really don't know of anything i can do at this point but i do know they still are running their ads on Facebook. So be aware they are a scam
