  1. Ordered a low/mid-grade ukulele at a good price (but not a “too good to be true” price) on 5/3/20. Shipping said 5-10 days and implied the company was based in the US. Opened a dispute with PayPal around 6/30 because no tracking info/updates since 5/11/20 and item not received. Magically, seller replied and item arrived (from China) on 7/9/20. The package was a tiny, plastic envelope, which clearly did not contain an instrument. Upon opening, it contain two *disposable* face masks (to the tune of $50+). A total scam!!

    1. In this case, you should open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to PayPal. People who had provided this information to PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of PayPal.

      Good Luck!

  2. Ahhh yes, while shopping for a guitar one night, up popped the best deal ever! The too good to be true deal from GRAPEND.TOP , or was it just eliminating the middle man by ordering direct from China that gave it that price. from China??? that wasn't their address! . however, I didn't realize that until I received my invoice. Then it occurred to me that everything on the Grapend.top website was about the same price, whether a $3.00 box of stationary or a $500 musical instrument, everything was priced at $50-$60! . This raised the flags, and it was the next day I contacted PayPal and asked if they had any "bad" info on Grapend, because something seemed fishy! But PayPal never replied to me. So, I thought, maybe, just maybe they were legit, and that's all they cost in China. then I waited 7 weeks for the guitar to arrive , and it finally did, well the package did anyway . . . but it wasn't a guitar. It was 2 genuine Wuhan clinical face masks! . hahh, jokes on me (? right). Anyway, I have opened a claim with PayPal, and have only now discovered what I suspected all along, by coming across this review . . . SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
