I have ordered an electronic remote control camera gimbal system from this shop. They have sent me an incorrect item and their customer feedback service is hiding and answered after 2 months of complaint, that they have sent the items requested. The thingy they sent was just a mechanical pedestal without any electronic remote control. Their customer lousy service has answered to me that "they have sent what was ordered" but they do not understand plain english: "YOU HAVE NOT SENT THE ITEMS ORDERED AND PAID FOR! _ YOU ARE JUST A SCAM" - so DO NOT HAVE ANY SHOPPING WITH THIS "company"
don't buy anything from them.
