I ordered a hydraulic knife from a company called Mityhil but at the bottom it gives you the goodideashop.com. It’s been over a month and never received my order.
Order a phone case and never received it yet I hope to not get ripped off completely 😕.
I purchased a BMW pad that fits over the console however, it fits only single center console doors whereas my console has two doors so it's worthless to me. I have emailed them numerous times attempting to get the return address for a credit however, they continually beat around the bush with sentences that don't even make sense.......poor english. Then I noticed chinese letters started to show up on their return emails saying they can only credit me $5 instead of the $39 that I paid for it. Also, the picture looked saddle color which is what I wanted but they sent dark brown. I wish I would have known it was coming from China, I would have never ordered it in the first place. FRAUD ALERT!!!!

These people just don’t leave you alone. I have asked (several times now) that they delete my details from their database as I am no longer interested in purchasing anything from them, but they continue peppering me with emails almost daily since 6th April 2023.
On that day, I left something in their “shopping cart” because I decided not to buy it due to their ridiculously expensive postage costs. They have no way to “unsubscribe” and no way to delete things left in their shopping cart, so they just bombard me with unwanted messages about the fact that I didn’t complete the sale
If you don’t want to be continually bombarded with unwanted messages from these people, take my advice & find a more reliable shop. There are plenty out there.

I received my phone cover didn't even have it on my phone for a day seen that it had a crack on it not sure if I can get it replaced
Bought a 'virtually indestructible@ iPhone case in August 22. Pulled it out of my pocket in December 22 and the clip holding it together had broken.
Their first repose was "Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. The human-caused reason is not in our after-sales range. If you want us to reissue one for you, you need to pay $ 15 for shipping."
When I said it must be under warranty they said "Sorry, the after-sales time has been exceeded."
Their sale motto is "We stand by our service and strive for 100% customer satisfaction."

They have pretty active ads campaigns on TicTok, I ordered an iPhone case from them. The case looks good, and it fits the phone well. However, it reduces the phone connection noticeably. I'll try returning it.
The shop is no good. The customer service email has been replying to my emails about getting a refund but it's been a month and they are still asking for pictures and video of what is wrong with the product.

Buyer Beware! Hubs recently ordered a phone case. The one we received was different than what was pictured on their website. They admitted and apologized for the mixup BUT only offered an $8 refund on a $38 purchase. Said we would be responsible for shipping item back. Have since emailed them, no response. Definitely pays to only use sites you're familiar with these days.
