GimmeStone.com has following drawbacks due to which it can be a fraudulent online store:-

# Like lots of scam sites, the website GimmeStone.com has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example, its website theme is untidy, its "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" pages have used similar sentences and paragraph which lots of scam sites are using, it hasn’t provided the required security measures to secure the website and so on.

# GimmeStone.com has provided “3RD FLOOR, 120 BAKER STREET London GB W1U 6TU” as its company’s address on its “Privacy-Policy” and “Terms of Service” pages. However, this address has been used by multiple companies to register from UK Companies House which proves it is just a rental address to register a company in the UK Companies House, not the real one. However, we can find 100s of companies with an address “3RD FLOOR, 120 BAKER STREET London GB W1U 6TU” registered from the UK Companies but not any company with name GimmeStone. There is not any company register with name GimmeStone from UK Companies House. So, this proves it has neither registered from the UK Companies House nor the given company's address belongs to it. On top of that, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies house by providing the third-party identities and virtual address. Actually, lots of scam companies had already registered from the UK Companies House.

# GimmeStone.com has concealed the owner’s name and owner’s address in WHOIS details as well. If it has provided the real address on its website, there is no reason to hide the same address in WHOIS. However, legit online stores always provide the real company’s address but scam online stores always found to be hiding their identity or providing the fake address. It hasn't provided any phone number to contact them as well.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. So in this scenario, it is better to stay away from online stores like “Gimme Stone” which even has copy-pasted the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" from scam sites.

# Some of these kinds of online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Now you must be clear why we think GimmeStone might be a scam. So, in this situation, we don’t recommend you to purchase anything from “Gimme Stone”.

  1. MISLEADING ADVERTISING, HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY - DO NOT PURCHASE!
I purchased this product from a Facebook ad. The ad was misleading as I thought I was purchasing a solid case, not a STICKER - which is essentially what this is. When I attempted to return it, I found that they have a horrible return policy: 1. They ask many questions as to why I am returning it, 2. I must pay for shipping myself. This ships from RUSSIA, and they couldn't guarantee that they would even receive it, so rather than risk not getting any money back, I accepted their offer to have 50% of the purchase price returned.
