I got scammed by Giben.shop
I bought two pairs of water socks after seeing an offer on an ad on instagram.
The package took a long time to arrive and when it did the socks were bigger than I wanted. No paper bill or anything on the envelope.
I tried to exchange them and wrote to the mail address given on the web site asking for a physical address to send the ones I had recieved. They wrote to me the day after offering only a discount of 5-6% on my next purchase. I refused and asked again for the address. They replied raising the offered discount to 7%. I refused again and they replied saying that they ship from overseas (the web talks about an "American depot" instead), that it would be expensive, that it might get lost... and raising the discount to 10%. After my next denial they offered a 5 US dollars refund, then 10 USD.
I would like to report them to Instagram but now I can't find the ad and to the authorities.
In any case, it's a scam where they sell fake copies of products, and they are based in China.
