So, let’s begin with our Get Name Necklace review.

GetNameNecklace complaints GetNameNecklace fake or real GetNameNecklace legit or fraud | De Reviews

Get Name Necklace might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# GetNameNecklace hasn't provided any contact phone number. GetNameNecklace has provided its company's address as "Room C, 2nd Floor, Capital Trade Centre,62 Tsun Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong" on its "Privacy Policy" page. However, you can find multiple problematic sites using the same address such as TheFamilyNecklace, Belemom, Gemadam, BestBirthStone and so on. On top of that, GetNameNecklace has provided another company's address on its "About Us" page which is "OFFICE 3A, 12/F, KAISER CENTRE, NO. 18 CENTRE STREET, SAI YING PUN, HONG KONG" which makes it more suspicious.

# GetNameNecklace has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton on its cart and checkout pages. We can say those Norton logos are fake because those are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos of Norton should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of Norton to verify those trust seals. All unclickable and unverifiable Norton logos are the fake ones.

# Most of the scam online stores sell items at a very cheap price, so always be cautious with online stores that offer you the items on sale at a very cheap price. If something is too good to be true, then most of the time that is not true. GetNameNecklace is also offering a heavy discount rate.

# Most of the scam online stores copy-paste lots of details from other scam websites. GetNameNecklace has also copy-pasted many details from other websites such as its About Us, Terms And Conditions, Privacy Policy and so on. Actually, there are multiple sites that look almost the same as GetNameNecklace which have lots of similar details only with different domain names such as Roseinside, TheFamilyNecklace, Belemom, Gemadam, BestBirthStone and so on.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

  1. The worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. This company is NOT in the UK for a start, my order took 6 weeks to arrive. After many communications, with uncaring, almost automated responses, my order arrived. It was supposed to be and engraved photographic pendant, real silver. What I ended up with was a cheap (not silver), tacky looking pendant. The picture was like a cartoon, nothing like the photograph. The eyebrows on the female were shocking and the stubble on the male (young male) looked like a full beard, as the shadows had been extended. The chain was all knotted, unable to undo without breaking. The box isn't the type you would expect in the UK, its a cheap tacky cardboard thing with a bow stuck on and their name 'Getnamenecklace' just awful. Each time I complained, 'June' responded but didn't once offer to provide a refund. I was offered the chance to buy another at 50% off!! She was telling me there was nothing wrong with my order, quite rude with it too. Whatever you do, please look for a company in the UK. They take pride in their personalised jewellery.

  2. Do NOT BUY ANY NAME RING FROM Getnamenecklace. I purchased a name ring for my wife for Christmas. The web page for the ring shows 2 names engraved on the ring, hers and mine. It also shows an engraving inside the ring. You can see and read the names on the web page for the item and you can read the inside engraving. When the ring arrived I was very excited to give it to my wife. However, when I opened the ring I could not see the engravings. At first I thought they may have forgotten to engrave the ring. I looked closer and saw something but could not make out the names. I had to use a magnifying glass and get very close with it to read the names engraved. When my wife puts the ring on her finger she CAN'T EVEN SEE THE NAMES AND CERTAINLY CANNOT READ THEM. I emailed Getnamenecklace about this. They asked me to send pictures. I took and emailed pictures of the ring the holding it in front of the ring on the web page to compare it the ring shown on the web page. They emailed me back and asked me to send pictures. So, I emailed the same pictures again and an additional picture showing the ring from one foot away and the names can hardly be seen and CANNOT BE READ FROM ONE FOOT. I received an email back as follows -

"Dear customer, Thank you for your email. The ring font is normal.
About width of the ring is limited,so the font is like this.
    Thank you for your understanding.
    Regards."

If the names can hardly be seen and cannot be read without a magnifying glass, why does the web page picture show the names clearly engraved. It's because the ring on the web page is ENLARGED to make you believe the engraving can be read. DO NOT BY ANY ENGRAVED RING FROM Getnamenecklace, you will definitely be DISAPPOINTED, and, THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card to have the charge reversed as I did NOT get what was advertised on their website.

    Terry
