Company Address:

It has provided two different addresses: one from Hong Kong and another from USA on its Contact Us page.

First one is of Hong Kong: 1405d, Lucky Centre, 165-171 Wanchai Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong and another one is of USA: 5350 Broadway, Denver, CO 80216, USA. But, there is no any company with the name GentleHerd Shop mention on or around the both addresses on Google Maps.

On top of that, on its Terms page, it has mentioned its Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Why any company from Hong Kong or USA will be governed by the laws of UK? This must be a copy-paste error. So, either it has copy-pasted its Terms of Service page or its company address.

The contact phone number is also missing on its website. So it’s clear that it is trying to hide its information which makes it yet another suspicious website.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing an unrealistic discounts on few products that is too good to be true.

Copied content:

Lots images of the products are cropped or hidden in order to escape from copyright issues. Furthermore, lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple other suspicious and problematic sites.

The reason behind we have mentioned here two names GentleHerd Shop and GentleHerd is because there are exactly same two websites with all the contents similar to each other including its website name but the only difference is their domain name which is. GentleHerd.Shop and GentleHerd.com.

Returns and Exchange:

It has an Exchange and Return Policy that looks bogus for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is evident that these kinds of sites are not willing to fully or partially refund back the amount.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

From all the above mentioned facts, it is clear that GentleHerd Shop is one of the suspicious websites.

This place is a scam. I think they're operating from China. Don't trust your payment through their site. And I tried to dispute over cc company because I tried to return. The product was like a 3XL and I ordered a small. Just don't deal with them, take your money elsewhere

I ordered a vest and an e mail stated it was delivered. It was not. Chatting .with an automatic voice was impossible. Was given a tracking # which doesn't work. Buyer Beware!!!! Don't attempt to buy from this company. I wouldn't even have tried t0 get a refund. I hope they're shut down Soon

I’m leaving this review everywhere because it’s so frustrating that this company is in business. Gentle Herd is a total scam. It’s a direct from China company and the customer service is atrocious. Their site says an order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, I cancelled within 1 hour and they replied the following day saying the order couldn’t be cancelled at it had already shipped. They said they would refund my shipping if I send it back along with a photo of my return shipping receipt. I send the photo of the receipt and they issue me a partial refund of my initial purchase. They do refund their shipping costs to me nor my return shipping costs as they said they would. When I point this out, they say they have to refund my shipping costs via PayPal and to send them my info. I request payment from them via PayPal and they reply saying they will not refund any shipping costs as they’ve recently changed their company policy regarding information refunds and soon their website will reflect this! They are thieves! Absolutely fraudulent. Stay away

I will never to business with Gentleherd again. The items are not as good quality as you would imagine. HOWEVER I NEVER RECEIVED HALF MY ORDER. The items were in stock when I ordered and I initially received 2/6 items and the quality was just okay, not as nice as you'd think. . . and after waiting two months they sent me 1 of the 4 backordered items but it was the wrong item! I emailed them and they didn't acknowledge their mistake and are trying to get ME to pay to return the items to them without any information about the remaining items or cancelling my order. Gentleherd operates with no integrity. AVOID!!!

I ordered a sweater which arrived okay, though the quality did not seem like true cashmere - it was a bit scratchy. I returned the sweater because it fit a little small. Unfortunately, someone else took the package to the post office, and I never got the tracking number receipt. I didn't think about that at first, since I had NEVER sent a USPS package to a US address that did not arrive. After a few weeks I contacted Gentle Herd, who emailed that they never received it and asked me for the tracking number. I went back to the address where I sent the package (Perth Amboy, NJ) and found a reference number, which I looked up online. It was a company with a different name, NAP, which seemed very odd. I found their phone # and called them. The person I talked to did not seem to know anything about Gentle Herd. She said she would ask her manager about this, but I have never heard back from them either. I also tried contacting USPS to see if they could look up the number, but there was no way to get through to a human without already having a tracking number. I don't believe the package never arrived, as the US mail is very reliable, so I believe I have been scammed.

Ordered a camel wrap coat...show up stuffed in a plastic bag in my mailbox. Their "tracking" Never showed. The coat had a center back seam coming apart and the belt loops were placed in the bust area on both sides. Tried 2x's to send an email message to [help@gentleherd.com] and email ERRORED and returned x's 2. Bogus, fraud Co., Always Read Reviews before ordering!! My credit card co will take care of this bogus purchase.
