Tried ordering a watch for my son and tried using 4 viable credit cards and PayPal and none of these of these options were accepted, while all of them were credible and had sufficient deposits. I would recommend that NO ONE use this website...furthermore, their customer service and contact us options never work!!
I ordered 4 watches for Christmas on 11-14-22. Today is 01-12-23 and NOTHINGGGGG!!!! SCAMMMMMM
I purchased an item from them on Nov. 28 and paid for it via PayPal. It is now Dec. 21 and I have yet to receive the item. I have em them numerous times asking where it was and to send me a tracking number. I checked the tracking # via the USPS site, it’s been in the same city for over a week and hasn’t even gotten any to the USPS carrier. Scam !!!!! I’m hoping PayPal can help me get my $$$ back.

I purchased earrings on the 22 November and also paid for getting them delivered 3 to 7 days, this is the 9th day and still nothing has arrived.
Ordered on 11/5, was processed, no items have shown up.....scam. beware !
I bought a pocket watch from Gardnth and when I look at the dates of taking my money in 3 installments they are 9th of January the 15 of January and the 25th of January when I checked pay Pal they don't have them on their system I only ordered a few days ago I cannot find where to complain on PayPal any ideas please many thanks Dave
On the 14th July I purchased 2 watches from you for a total price of £53,48 including £3.99 for express delivery which as already been taken from my account please could you tell me when I’m likely to be getting the watches as I’ve heard nothing from you since I purchased them also I’ve had no confirmation of my purchase
