I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We’ve been investigating why the deliveries has been delaying and we’ve come to a conclusion that the shipping company has damaged our package and has sent it back due to high number of orders and it is all out of stock. So we have made an order from our other warehouses, you will receive the items any day between 3 April and 19 April. The reason for the delay is we are waiting for the damaged product. All of the posts of positive “video/picture reviews” are recently profile picture changes on Facebook.
“Francisco Hernandez” change “her profile” picture in September from a teenage Hispanic boy giving the middle finger, to a mid 40s white woman. So did several other positive review accounts.
Still waiting for for my gametablet to arrive, you are quick to take the money out my acon the 10thof Februaryand we are still waiting so can send me the game table or put the moneyback in, my account.

This site is a total scam. They don't give a delivery date, even though the website say 5/8 working days. When you email they say they have had a high level of orders so there is a delay. Then they stop replying to your emails. They scammed me out of £75.00. I list my grandsons birthday present and now can't afford anything else for them. I wish someone could do something about people like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Hi i paid for a gametable x in February this year and i still not arrived the paymant was took out my account under the name gametablexstoreuk clermont-ferrile and i have now found that two more payments of 29.99 has come out under couetty clermont-ferrile and i have never payed for anything of that amount i have now relized it was a scam so please dont fall for the same mistake i did.
This seemed like such a good idea. My niece has 3 young children who visit regularly. An interactive table that does colouring and other activities suitable for young children sounds like a good idea, right? However I then thought that I had made a mistake and I emailed the company almost immediately for a refund. The item had already been shipped according to the response. That was 21st February and I have just been waiting to receipt of the item since then. To be honest I had actually forgotten about it.....until today when I received a text from my credit card company alerting me to suspicious card use. £29.99 had been charged and all it said was COUETEA as the company name. I had made a purchase on my card last night and that was showing. But had I bought something else for £29.99 over the past few days? I really couldn't remember. So I phoned my credit card provider and they didn't have any additional information. I was put through to the fraud department and the lady just happened to mention a customer she had spoken to who'd had a similar charge and they mentioned purchasing a gaming table and then the penny dropped.
I never agreed to a subscription. Or what's really worrying is that maybe I did?
So it's now been 6 weeks to the day I ordered my table. Still not received it. If you see anything from gametablex-store then please avoid at all costs.
Definitely a scam, i ordered in December and never turned up. They do reply to messages but just with rubbish saying it is on its way - not sure where it is coming from but three months is a heck of a wait when its been in transit that long!!!
I wish I’d seen this before ordering from this company! As I’ve ordered items through FB/Instagram adverts before I didn’t think there’d be a problem! There is a huge problem! I’m having daily email battles with them to gain a refund for an item supposedly on its way since 17/01/22! And now I’ve been told it’ll arrive between 9/20 March! Complete and utter scam, I am fuming.
I ordered from this company and never received the goods they are now ignoring e-mails that I have sent them so I believe it is a scam.
