These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Bought ours over a year ago. Just under a thousand dollars. Took 5 months to get them do deliver and when they did it was 2 days AFTER the 5G requirement. So, bright, shiny, expensive PAPER WEIGHTS.
Address was in Utah. Looked them up on GE and apparently they were never even there. Send MANY emails in attempts to get them to send the phones.. then more trying to find out if they were going to meet the 5G requirement.. ALL to no avail. Filed with BBB who did investigation and could never get a response of any kind from them. Suggest others file with Utah's Attorney General's Office. I plan to when I get time.
This is without a sliver of doubt a complete SCAM. I would advise ANYONE thinking of doing business with this company or the guy who got rich with "bit coin" and started "Freedom Phone" to stay clear of this guy and any of his SCAMS. (Sorry, dont remember the guys name).
I would strongly recommend the potential buyer to beware, as I tried this whole scam. You can't get help with your phone, which is junk. When you do finally get a response from support anywhere from a few days to a week, they seem unable to help and your ticket is moved to someone else who might or might not be able to help (another few days to a week). Keep in mind, you may not have a complete working phone throughout all of this. The carriers they advertise on the website do not work with this phone (i.e. Verizon), so you are very limited on service. I got fed up and wanted to port out my number to a new phone and new phone service (ClearUnited is a real POS), and after a 2 - 3 months of just trying to cancel my account and move on, I just had to give up my old number of 20 + years and bought a new phone and new service as it was an endless failure. I filed a complaint with FCCC, which did absolutely nothing to help. It was a HUGE and COSTLY mistake.
I have had this phone for 8 months, it took 5 months to get. I did not download any google sites. It simply doesn't work. I have limped along as long as I can and unfortunately will have to look elsewhere. At this point I can't even get text messages anymore. I get an error message. When I took it to the carrier they tried everything and could get nowhere. Please save yourself the trouble and expense and Don't buy it, even though the concept sounds good they are not reputable.
I got ripped off! I ordered my phone in September 2021. I received it at the end of January 2022. Then on April 13, 2022, the phone failed. It flashed at me, scrolled some kind of message, then quit. I never saw the words long enough to see what the message was. The on-off button refused to respond, and the screen was glowing. (It glowed for about 24 hours until, presumably, the battery died the next day.) I called Freedom Phone's tech support...many, many times.
Initially, they responded and seemed genuinely concerned. But that didn’t last. I asked them repeatedly where I could send the phone for warranty work. They would not tell me, or they gave me the web address of their “Returns” page. I filled out this page three different times; each time it told me I wasn’t eligible for a return despite their posted 1-year warranty.
Twelve emails from me later and they are ignoring me. I can only assume that “Freedom Phone” is a scam. DO NOT EVER BUY A FREEDOM PHONE. I was totally ripped off and am now out of $500. It sickens me that people are so dishonest that they can only think of their own enrichment and scam everyone they can.
The customer service is crap! They stop communicating when I send screenshots of Google being part of the phone’s system. The phone is Android 10 with Google hidden in it’s system. Lie after lie after lie! DO NOT BUY!!!
A TOTAL RIP-OFF. These people will take your money, then give you a song and dance about back order. When you ask for a refund, they tell you to request a back charge which will be denied. These people should be in jail!
Unlike other readers I have received my phone rather promptly. Unfortunately the phone is a junk. Software is loaded with bugs. The claim on their website that the users can choose any apps they want, is a complete lie. There are very few apps available for download, and even this (download) doesn't work. As I am waiting for someone to get back to me I have found out that they only offer 30% refund since I have opened the box. Of course this info was cleverly hidden on the site. On and on it is a complete scam and I strongly advise anyone to avoid sending them any money. In fact someone needs to look into their business practices and shut them down asap.
This phone and the company "Freedom Phone" are TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! They don't tell you that you can't run your favorite apps, major problems bringing in contacts, and too many things to list. THEY HAVE ZERO SUPPORT, they don't even include an operations manual with the phone (and one does not exist), they only point you at a bunch of online videos. When I requested support numerous times I got no response at all until after about 3 or 4 requests, then all I got was simply an email offering no call no service just again pointing at videos. When I explained my dissatisfaction they sent me a return policy that basically says WE ARE SCAMMING YOU and SCAM YOU. Its a CRAP PHONE, CRAP COMPANY< CRAP RETURN POLICY, and ZERO Support. No Freedom PHONE

You can check the plenty of comments here to know about the quality of their phone which is very bad.
Ordered "freedom phone" July, 2021. It's Feb 22 only given email run-around. No refund, no phone. 100% scam.
Got the phone, very disappointed. Warranty is 14 days from order date, so by the time you get the phone the warranty has expired.
The phone doesn't allow you send the same text to more than 1 person at a time.
Contacts are not searchable, which means you have to scroll through the entire alphabet to get to your contact.
Finally, you cannot turn off email notifications.
I ordered my phone in October and just received at the end of January. I activated it, put in a new sim card, and I am soooooooooooooo frustrated that it doesn't work!! I can get phone calls, but that just because AT&T set it up. I can't receive group texts and have no online access. I have contacted tech support several times over the last 3 days and they MUST be bots. They give cut and paste answers, that are not answers at all, or one-liners like, "I will have my tech guy look into it." I asked about returning and they said if it's UNOPENED, they will take a return within 14 days, but if it is OPENED, they will give 30%. Well clearly I had to open it in order to activate it, so not sure what this even means! And to send it back to get a measly $150, for them to turn around and sell it to someone else and torture their life, no thank you! You all please DON'T BUY THIS phone. It is a total scam and I will never get the last days back.

Terrible company, they do not disclose what the phone will not do, you will spend alot of money on junk that doesn't work. After 1 month of countless hours of wasted time trying to make it work I had to reactivate my old phone and this one is going in the Trash.... Thanks for nothing Freedom phone
The freedom phone is definitely a scammer site. I never got a phone and getting money back is being a problem.
I ordered the phone in August. Was told it would ship in September. They have pictures of a guy sitting among fed ex boxes with smile…then get emails that chips not available we will get it in October, then If you don’t want to wait you. An ask for a refund, which I did…no PayPal account so no refund they said in November. Now I have a PayPal, but pretty sure I will never get my money back. If I do I will let you know. But no doubt it was a great concept, just a con running it.
I placed an order for a Freedom Phone several days ago and since that time have decided to cancel the order based on research. I have sent multiple messages and emails to cancel the order but cannot get a response. The more I investigate, the harder it is to determine who and how to contact the right people to facilitate a cancellation. When I received an email confirming the order, an email contact was embedded in the order if I had any questions or issues. This email is not even functioning and comes back as non-deliverable. They seem to be associated with the Clear Companies and I have contacted them and I received a response which only stated they were deleting themselves from the conversation string. This whole thing seems shady and I wish I would have never placed the order. Everything points to a scam.

I visited the office in Cheyenne and it’s not their actual headquarters. The suite is occupied by a mail management company that just accepts Freedom Phone’s mail as a service.

Apparently you are a typical "big tech" fake information site intent on trying to ensure that competition does not make a dent in your monopoly. The young fellow that has designed this phone is the youngest bit-coin millionaire. So, get over it, your time is now limited.

Do you know how he got to be the "youngest bit-coin millionaire"? He bought a bunch of them when they were $10 and sold them when they went through the roof. Doesn't make him any kind of genius. And FYI it's a cheap Chinese phone with a 400% markup and serious security issues.
