What is Focalism.Net?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products under various categories like Christmas decorations, Curtain Buckles, Christmas lights, ornaments, Christmas Gnomes, and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Focalism as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number are not disclosed on its website. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

The email address it has provided i.e. support@replytohelp.com also does not belong to its domain name. The same is found to be used by other websites like SpecialMemory, Betternicetop, BlingpointsNet, Thenitime, Collectlovely, NewerseaNet, and so on.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple other suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at unreasonable discounted prices which seems unrealistic and too good to be trusted with.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of products. It further added that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From the facts we have presented above, it is clarified that Focalism is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I wish I had read these reviews before I too ordered the Fused Glass Suncatchers!! Not only did it take months for them (yes, I purchased two!) to arrive, but they were NOT glass! They are made of plastic/resin. I wrote the company and we went back and forth with about four emails each. All they say is "we are so sorry for your displeasure. Sorry for not giving you a good shopping experience and thank you for your patronage and feedback. We will try to improve." Couldn't get them to budge on sending the items back, admit that it was the wrong item (glass is glass) or any amount of refund. Total rip-off! Be wary of this company!

  2. I ordered the GLASS ocean suncatcher on January 3, and have still not received it as of 4/16/2021. They have my money and won’t respond to many emails. I am very sorry to hear it is a scam.

I purchased the "Fused Glass Ocean Suncatcher Ornament " and it was not glass. The company would not allow me to return for a refund. I will be more careful next time ordering on-line.

So very disappointed in a product bought from this site. Their photo made it look lovely - supposedly glass. It was plastic, two-dimensional with the reverse side flat, dirty & showing glue globs. So sad. I couldn’t give this as a gift as intended - too embarrassing & disrespectful; instead it was thrown into the trash.

I finally received the order I made and the item in no way looked like the article advertised. I have request information to return the item or get a refund but the response entirely dismissed my complaint and request. DON'T do business with this company.

I ordered an item from this website, paying through paypal. while it took 9-10 weeks to arrive I received exactly what I ordered. It was a glass piece of art and it arrived very well packed and intact. I had no issues with them.

I did receive my product but it was a cheap imitation and certainly nothing like the picture. I have requested info from them as to how to return the product and obtain a refund but am not hopeful.

I purchased what was advertised as a glass ornament. It took 8+ weeks to arrive and it was a plastic POS! I contacted the company explaining that they advertised it as glass and I received a plastic ornament. They stated that I received "what I ordered". My written purchase confirmation clearly identifies it as glass, but that is not what I received. In their snappy return messages to me , they kept saying " You got what you ordered". They would not address the material issue and refused me any return or exchange options. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM ORGAIZATION!! My next step with this issue is The Better Business Bureau. I encourage you to file a complaint if you have been scammed by this online "store".

  9. I finally got my ordered product after 8 weeks. It is nothing like what is pictured on the website. It is not glass, it is a cheap plastic mold with none of the detail or quality shown in the online images. A glass sun catcher turned out to be cheap colored plastic. Too expensive to return as I would have to pay shipping back to China with no guarantee of a refund. Beware.

  10. Today I finally received the item ordered on Jan 14, 2021. It was advertised as fused glass and what I actually received is molded plastic! Grrrr!

I guess there's no recourse here, even so I sent them an email. If no satisfactory resolution I will file a dispute with Paypal.

    1. UPDATE - submitted photos of item received, advert and a detailed outline of what occurred to PayPal Resolution Centre and they approved a complete refund.

I placed an order with Focalism 7 weeks ago and have not received the product, nor have they responded to my communications.
