What is FineCraftPuzzle.com?

It is an online shopping store selling several kinds of Jigsaw puzzles. But there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Fine Craft Puzzle is classified as one of the doubtful sites due to the following shortcomings:

Company Address:

The company’s address is not provided on its website and this is not the act of any professional and legit company. So it is clear that this site is not a professional site, hence we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic heavy discount price that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as its website themes are also matching with other similar type of scam and suspicious sites.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Same same. Payed up. Ordered 5 puzzles.
    NO DELIVERY.
    It’s a total scam.

So disappointing, but I was caught in this scam as well. I usually examine sites carefully for legitimacy, however, I missed some of the red flags with this one. I suppose the truth stands that if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Darn!!! I just hope that whoever got my $80 through this scam experiences karma at some point in their life.

  3. SCAM! Puzzles arrived almost as ordered but now being charged monthly for NOTHING! Our bank is trying to sort this out for us.

Now, I believe I have been scammed too. Is there a phone number to call or get back the money?

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

  5. I'm still waiting for an order from December 2020! I filed a complaint through my credit union. Someone provided some sort of delivery info which is totally bogus. I just received yet another notification that they refunded my money. Still nothing. Next stop is my states Attorney General.

I was also scammed by them. Ditto get my puzzle and when I tried to track it told me store was unavailable

My puzzles were delivered six weeks after placing the order. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PUZZLES. They do not connect; they just touch. The slightest movement will ruin the entire puzzle. SO frustrating. Not worth it at all!

I also placed an order with them for three puzzles as an Easter present for my kids. I received an order notice, but nothing more. No delivery as of yet, and I was not able to track the order on their site. Also, I was not able to get my message sent on the contact page. I am very frustrated. I will have to notify my bank in case future charges are attempted.

  9. Thank you for this article. I think I have been scammed by them.
I bought puzzles a month ago. The order still hasn't arrived. Once I tried to track my order a few days ago, it did not let me. I wrote an email to them, but I am assuming I will never get an answer. This is the webpage from which I did my order:
    Puzzlesfind.com

  10. Received my puzzles after 5-6 weeks. Ordered a dragon and chameleon. Daughter put together and both puzzles were chameleons even though labels and pictures were as ordered. They do not respond to emails. Filing a claim on my credit card for a refund!

I finally received my "puzzles.". What a joke. Definitely not worth the postage it took to send them from China. They were very small, the print quality was very poor. The labels were misspelled... clearly they are counterfeit products. The laser cut wood pieces still reeked of burnt wood. Fortunately the site has been taken down. However they will morph into something else. After some digging, I found the site owners and many other fake/scam website operated by these guys. I just wonder how much they got away with.

I ordered my puzzles 2-7-21. Haven't received them yet. Horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from FaceBook again.

  14. This site is 100% fraudulent. DO NOT BUY from here. The puzzle actually came in about three months, but they were way smaller than advertised and very cheap. The worst part is they SECRETLY CHARGE A MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $30 A MONTH WHEN BUYING. Awful customer service. I had to contact my credit card company to cancel the fees. The puzzles are overpriced and cheap. And that's if you actually receive them.

Pretty sure these are knock-offs. I have purchased from Unidragon and their puzzles are of high quality and a joy to work. FineCraft are of very poor quality, there is no customer support as stated in the article above. Should have been warned when the add said "store closing" and then saw multiple other similar companies with the same puzzles and the same statements.

Both Logical Board Artestry and Fine Craft Puzzles are selling the same things, same prices. I really wanted one of these, but I now don't trust this site.

  17. Now called Fine Puzzles from bibipuzzles.com

It came on an ad of a cat game I was playing.

It is a scam. I never got my puzzle and they never replied to me. I also got a charge from my credit card today that I did not do myself. BEWARE!

Wish I had read this article a couple weeks ago. Fine Craft Puzzles was advertised to me on Instagram. I clicked the IG link and thought the discount was incredible so I ordered two puzzles. The tracking order they e-mailed me never worked, they never responded to my inquiries about the status, and NOW the website is completely deleted. I checked the company listed on my credit card- One Click Picks, not Fine Craft Puzzles- and that website is also deleted. Canceled my credit card and filled a dispute although I don’t I’ll get any money back because my dumb self authorized the transactions. Gaining wisdom can be an infuriating journey.
