Sigh. Purchased some Cat's Eye earring for my wife and I's 18th anniversary. I'm pretty good at spotting scams and garbage online retailers and Feng Shui Gallery looked totally legit. Positive reviews, professional website, the whole 9 yards. Boy, was I wrong!!!!!!! So now here I sit, $30 later and no earring. I had just as well flushed my money down the toilet >:( I've yet to receive ANY further information regarding my order, shipping info, NOTHING. No email, chat, text replies and no physical USA address, phone #, or anything I can do for restitution from these garbage people. I'm absolutely dumbstruck how people can take advantage of others this way and swindle, cheat, lie and steal from them. I consider myself to be a pretty nice guy and truly believe that most people are good at heart, but I hope these disgusting people get what's coming to them.
I just spent $228. for 6items on the 19th of February. I had not been able to contact anyone nor have I been able to receive shipping updates on the AfterShip app they give you. It's bad that people are taking advantage of others like this. It was my daughter's birthday on the 21st of February and I feel so bad she got nothing because this Feng Shui Gallery company has just scammed us..it's been 6 days and counting without any items, information and no refund.
I have made a payment and purchased the stuff but I have no update or tracking number provided.

When I first received it I thought the entire thing was plastic even though they say the pendant is made from black obsidian. The pendant IS made from black obsidian, the chain is plastic. The pendant is very nice, very good quality, very crisp detail. I have no problem with the chain being plastic because it hangs in my car. When I hold the pendant enclosed between my palm and fist I feel the power of this pendant.
I wish that I would've visited this site before I made a $75 purchase with Feng Shui Gallery. It's been nearly 2 months and I have not received my purchase. You can only email one person, and the USPS tracking number that was given to me is invalid. BUYER BEWARE!!
