These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Not a scam 🙂 But it took 5 weeks to ship the mug from USA to Europe (on the other hand this was over christmas, so it's somewhat understandable that they took 11 days to start shipping).
I got a best friend cup from feeliks and it was sent to me no problem I have now contacted them for another one in memory of my best friend cause she died on 7 Jan
I ordered a mug, received it early, but it was broken. Since they have sent a new one and I have yet to get it, 4 weeks now. I emailed again and they said they will another one. Fingers crossed!
The recipient of the mug I ordered as a gift never received her mug. Haven’t received any feed back to rectify this matter from the feeliks company other than an automated answer from my requests. Would not order from feeliks.
Haven’t received my order ,‘I ordered 3 ornaments in November and they said it was shipped but never received it ! Scam scam scam
I ordered an ornament from here and it said it was shipped but I have yet to receive it and the tracking won’t work. Very upset if I’ve been scammed!

I have just placed on order with this company and I am shocked at the additional costs I have had to pay, This is due to the fact that the cost advertised is in GBP but as it is an American company they convert this into USD and charge you for the conversion rate. This means that the product you purchase ends up costing you double the amount you thought you were paying. I have tried to cancel the transaction and I am currently awaiting their response. I am not holding my breath for a favourable outcome!

I just placed an order using PayPal since I can dispute any fraudulent charges, I’ll follow up once delivery is made or by date it’s supposed to deliver.
I do not like Feeliks. An order was placed using my details and I immediately tried to cancel it. I sent them several emails but they say they can't cancel the order because it is being processed. I think this is untrue. I would not trust them and would not use them.
