So, it proves either FamilyDesign has copy-pasted its address from those sites or all these sites may be operating by the same owner. So, this makes FamilyDesign a suspicious website.

I ordered two pair of crocs from family design through facebook on September 22, 2020. As of today, November 26, 2020, I have not received the shoes and have not received a reply to multiple emails. I filed a complaint through PayPal and the company has offered a partial refund which I declined. Why would I be okay with a partial refund when no product was received? The refund offered was about half of the amount paid to them. My hope is that paypal will resolve the issue and return the funds to me, all of it.
