What is Faitul.com?

It is an online fashion shopping store that is selling variety of products such as Magic Growing Christmas Tree, DIY SUNFLOWER BOUQUET, 3D DIY Painting Jelly Pen Set(6 Pcs), 12/18/24/36 Oil Pastel, Crystal Glass Pen, and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Faitul as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address as MATTE ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED: 48 Charlotte Street, London, Greater London, England, W1T 2NS. It has provided the screenshot (image) of its parent company’s name and address instead of directly writing on its website. We have found lots of scam sites putting their parent company’s name and address in that way when they provide the address which belongs to another company so that the real company couldn’t find them by searching on Google. This company address is used by several other sites like Realtrich, VivisBoho, Keepshe, Yoinchic, Juromeo, Vampal.co.uk and so on. However, legit websites always provide the separate contact number and company address, not the one which has been used by lots of other suspicious sites.

On top of that, MATTE ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED is registered from the UK Companies House. So, don’t fall for this site as lots of online sites in the past had already turned into scams that were registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle. On top of that, there is no proof that MATTE ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED is operating this website since we don’t find anywhere mentioned by MATTE ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED that it is operating this website.

One of its contact email address :Li-01@jiahongnet.com is very much similar to the email address of multiple suspicious sites using @jiahongnet.com email address such as  MbnmeetSite, CshakjteamSite and so on since these sites are also using @jiahongnet.com email address

Security of the Website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of VeriSign, McAfee, Norton on its few Product details pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied Images/contents:

Lots of contents provided on its website are also not the original one but copied from the other similar type of sites. Not only that but the website theme also matches with many other problematic sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website and domain name of another website rather than its own on its Terms and Conditions, etc. pages i.e. kellog-sin or kellog-sin.com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering huge discount and sale offers on the lots of products it sells which seems too good to be true. We have found that this kind of strategy is used by suspicious and scam sites to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange. Companies under MATTE ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED even make customer pay for the return shipping cost. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above facts, it is concluded that Faitul is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Purchased articulated Fingers for Halloween from one of the sites featuring the jiahongnet.com customer service email domain and never received a confirmation email for the product. I went through PayPal so I have that documentation at the very least, but the site guaranteed delivery in the US in 5-10 days. It's been a month with no communication. At this point I'll likely be reporting the purchase as fraud via paypal.
