I have just had the same problem with ordering a sewing machine. I received a small gold ring as a 'free gift'. The only way they will refund my money is if I return the gift and it is judged resellable, otherwise offers of up to 30% money return.
No doubt that it is a scam. I will try and get my money back through my credit card and would like to report the fraud if I can find the best place to report it too.
I ordered a sewing machine from this so called company got a tracking number and received a key ring emailed them said they me 20% refund and have a nice day I'm not letting this go I have reported them to the fraud department
