When we searched its provided address on Google Maps, we find out that it is an address of apartment building in London, and there is no business with the name EUSOGO Ltd. that has been mentioned on or around this address.
And this company is registered in the UK Companies House. You should know that lots of scam companies had registered from the UK Companies House since it is easy to register company there. You can just rent a virtual address from virtual address providers and register a company there without having any physical location of your company. And even there is no any proof which proves EUSOGO Ltd is operating the EveDreamy.com website. This parent company's name and address is found to be used by other suspicious sites like FrenchSkirt, BoutiqueIdea, Aireri, Aessep, Divine0guidance, etc. So, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping

I bought shoes online order from their website on May 27,2021 with free shipping and they charged me of USD 6. for express fee. But, unfortunately, until now nothing I received. I made follow up of my order but no update. They told me if I wanted to cancel the order they will charge me again a 10% as handling fee to be deducted from refund amount.

I wished I had come across this article sooner as I have been battling them for the last few days as they never confirmed my order, then they couldn’t provide a tracking number as their courier forgot to provide one! I requested they contact their courier company and obtain the tracking reference (which should be easy) they failed to do this! I quoted the Consumer Contract Regulations and they tried to state their T&C’s were superior!
They have now agreed to refund me and I am banned from buying from them again ?? as if I am disappointed by this?
Anyway I agree it is a scam and should be avoided at all costs!
