Scam. I bought 3 of their UFOs in Sept. for Christmas. They arrived and none of them worked. I tried to contact the company and my email was flooded with robot-generated emails, none of which answered my questions and which sent me down rabbit holes to false numbers. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and they wrote my bank a false email they pretended to have sent me. I disputed this again, showing the actual emails I received and how their false one (supposedly to me) didn't have dates and times or a recipient's address like my actual ones to the company did. My bank said because more than 6 months had passed, they couldn't do anything.
I have been an idiot and bought a lot of stuff from them. They were eager to answer before I purchased and now it is quit. I have spent about 400 dollars, reveived 2 Moe Quality drones. And nothing more. I would like talk but a german
Phonenumber with no answer . I have written numerous mails. The tracking shows delivered, which is not true. Scam and scam, must be stopped. I would like my money back, but..,,,
Please report and stop them
If you want your money back, then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.
I just looked over their site and they have no trust seal logos what so ever. I also just sent them an email in regards to that subject since their FAQ states that have "Built in with SSL-level certification". I'll see if they respond and post it here.
