  1. I received last year my card but activated this month then tried to use. It says there is
    $0.00 balance
I called the customer service they put me on hold for an hour finally nobody answered my phone.
Any help in this regard is appreciated

  2. I have not been issued my eip card. I qualify, I filed my 2021 taxes, and the $1400 eip payment was claimed. IRS files say I receieved the money, but I have not. I have been through the process of 're-issuing' my card, as it was lost/stolen/never received, 4 times. Nothing is being issued to me. What can I do? I only have 4 days left to complete this claim, and I'm being stonewalled by both META bank, and the IRS itself, who told me if noone is available to contact at Meta bank (which there isn't), then "Sorry about your luck, I can't help you..." *CLICK... phone goes dead. That was IRS representative 100235. That was my 4th attempt, just on 5-18. What do I do??

  3. EPI card is a scam , after jumping thru hoops for hours, registering card, setting up account on website, finally able to log on. wanted to transfer card funds to checking acount. Spent the afternoon trying dozens of times to enter checking account info. etc. website just freezes when trying to execute.
    Just more scamming.

    1. You can try again after some hours or a day. The website may be hang-up due to traffic load. You can try at that time when the traffic load will be less such as at midnight or early morning.
