It's a BIG RIP-off & a scam. It took over 30 days to receive the Goldies Bra I had ordered. The product is not what is advertized; cheap materials & poorly made. I'm struggling to get my $$ refunded but so far, no answer from their Customer Service department.
First of all, these bras & etc., comes from China. Little did I realize it until my shipment came in. I placed an order ( Buy 2 bras, get 1 free) on June 11Th. I finally received them on July 11Th. I contacted them through supportnc@dreamxin.com I explained to them how they had falsely advertised their products...that there was NO support, lift or shaping. They respond by saying,
"I am sorry you are not satisfied with our product. we refund you $20 as a compensation, then you keep the item. Do you accept that?" My answer was "NO". We've been back & forth ever since. Since it was falsely advertised, I feel they should have to eat the return shipping, which I found out is over $38.00!! I'm hoping, when the bill comes through on my credit card, the credit card company will see it my way & credit my account. The last time this happened on a China order, my card was hacked. I'm going to be watching my credit card like a hawk, to make sure it doesn't happen again.
I threatened to contact Better Business Bureau, but when I went to the BBB site and entered Eeinside, the response was it was not identifiable and "BBB can only assist with complaints for businesses in North America.” I was offered a $15 refund in one email response when I requested a complete refund - and $10 from the same site moments later. The claim was that shipping would be more than the value of the item. I’m out $34.99. That’s when I realized (too late) this was a foreign company, possibly from an Asian company like before. I was a victim of a similar online purchase a year ago with the same result. The packaging showed "RETURN, 840 E, Walnut St, Carson, CA 90746” I read the return policy before ordering and I qualify. Um, yeah.
I used my credit card to purchase bras from eeinside.com and the return site was at supportncdreamxin.com.There no way to contact the original company to get a refund or a chargeback. The bras are completely not what they advertised as. Completely unuseable
The product is not what it claimed to be at all. There is no number to call. I would not purchase bras from this site.
Is there any way to recoup our payment if it was done thru paypal? Am I just out my 60$. Who do I report this site to?
