I brought 2 tops. I need to return 1 top, however there is no way to reach their customer service to get a return authorization number and their site also say's you need the paper work sent with the order I did not receive any paperwork with my order. Looks like I am out $80.00.
I received two items from them and neither fit. I need to return but have no address to send them to. I have reached out twice with no response.
I ordered a sweater from them because they indicated they were in the United States. However when I went on their site and asked if it would ship from the United States they told me to check the logistics they have warehouses all over the United States. Well I live in Pennsylvania I am still not finding one near me.
