These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Mine came and it doesn't spin for crap. They sent an instructional sheet but does not tell you how to correct the item to have it match what the sheet tells you how it show operate. Tried to contact them for more information and never got a response. Don't but it...its a scam.
Ordered the "Magical Windmill" on April 18th, got it 2 weeks later. The mill is what you should expect for under $60; small, approximately 12 inches across, with the support rod about 2 feet tall. The doyrsk.com website is a little confusing; not sure how artist Susan Lordi of Kansas City MO is involved with the windmill. The mill ships from near Hong Kong China, and the email support I got questioning the delivery status is obviously from a non-English speaker, but their response was very quick. The only real issue is that the shipping tracking link isn't the best, or at least what I m used to. Before the package was delivered the original tracking link returned a blank page; about when the package was handed over to the USPS. Still, not bad at all; just a little concerning when waiting for the merchandise.
I ordered the chime and it said American made, the order came from China, its cheap and I sent a message to Course to return it. They only want to give me 10 or 15% of what I paid for it which was $59.99. The add said it would be fully refundable if not satisfied. I am not satisfied and want my money back.
I ordered a windmill from this company. Stated that they are going out of business and selling for 75% off. I thought, well great, these are beautiful and I would love to have one. It came in the mail 2 days ago. The shipping was 3 weeks or so. Not too bad. I opened it, thinking wow, this box is small. The diameter is approx 12 INCHES . Totally not what I expected to get. I would be irate if i paid full price. It is really really small. Only about 2 feet off of the ground. live and learn i guess. If you order, don't expect much. $59.99 at the 75% off is still a total rip off.
No idea where my Mother bought this but it has rusted immobile within just a few weeks.
It's very disturbing to see so many sites and posts saying that this doyrsk company (or website, etc.) is a scam, obviously with no good reason, except that the company is too new to pass some of the "tests" of these "experts". I say this only because (after reading these posts and doubting my judgement) I ordered their wind-driven artwork on March 20, 2022 and it was delivered in good condition and form on APRIL 1st! ONLY TWELVE DAYS FOR DELIVERY! Doesn't it say something good about a company when their only method of payment is PAYPAL? - Easily cancelled and refundable?
My own review of the product would have to wait, because even though I opened the box and found it fine in every way I could see, I did not remove it and assemble it, since it is a gift for an anniversary on May 5th. The most I can offer here is that I cannot tell whether it will be as delicate as the mechanism might appear, since its so precision in their attachments. Also, the very clear instructions warn to be careful in assembly, since some of the elements are sharp. It is pretty good in advising that upon assembly, the angles between parts before being tightened need to be correct. All that said, I am very optimistic that my son and his wife will love it. I wish all these sites that claim to be our watchdogs would do their homework with diligence before DECLARING a company a SCAM! SO UNFAIR!
Unfortunately, I am one of its victims! their refund policy is horrible and communication is difficult because this company is in China with a 'fake' USA website address to bribe unsuspecting Americans to think it is manufactured in the USA. The items on the site are NOT, and I repeat NOT what you get - they are poorly assembled and even discolored. The sizes are wildly misrepresented (they are 'tiny'!).
Do not buy from this company is my advice. Lesson learned. I wish I had found this site before making my purchase. Don't make the same mistake.
