Dincola complaints Dincola fake or real Dincola legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Dincola.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products such as tops, casual dresses, sweaters and cardigans, dresses, tees, two piece sets, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Dincola is listed as one of the problematic site due of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company's name and address as CUGO HOLDINGS CO., LTD.: 6 Prospect Way, Royal Oak Industrial Estate, Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, NN11 8PL and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. This company is registered from UK. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK without a big hassle. And this company name and address are found to be used by other sites like Yedace, Craigne, Botroe, Lichary, Leifoy, Afrela, Yelith, Gosika, Sioerra, GoouShoes, Eziion, Casanar, Nosley, Ninsszys, Chufie, Beokco, Gucccs, Aikmic, Shouldnow, Fullinluv, SprintjoyLyagain, and so on.

Its email address i.e. dincola@pippinmail.com is also not related to its domain name.

Security of the Website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unrealistic discounted price which seems too good to be true and hence only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Dincola is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam and the clothes are awful. The quality is almost unwearable and the sizing is laughable. They will not let you return and offer you pennies on the dollar if you want to. I finally agreed after a month of back and forth and they still haven't refunded me although they sent an email that they did. I started this process on March 27th and it is now June 30th. ridiculous and infuriating. Also, contrary to what it leads you to believe on the website or when asked, they are not a company based in america nor do they have warehouses here.

I am trying to return an order to Dincola and the website they say to contact does not work. Do you have any suggestions how I get my money back?

In this case, you can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
