Do not order from them - I ordered the Kindling splitter (which is made of plastic not wrought iron and couldnt split a toothpick never mind a log) Charged me over $100 and are now ignoring my emails and requests for return/refund
Does anyone know of a way to actually contact the company? I have sent numerous emails to no avail. I purchased a log splitter on October 21st and am still waiting for the product to arrive. I wish I had of seen this before buying. Thanks so much. Any advice is welcome.
I just received a package from this site. It is an ABSOLUTE scam and I can't believe I fell for it. I knew something was wrong when there was no tracking info and no response from "customer service". What I received looks nothing like the picture associated with reviews for the product. And of course, they won't allow me to leave a review on the site. I am beyond disappointed and wish I'd looked into this further before I gave them my money. 🙁
I was stupid enough to buy a couple of things from them and when I received it, it looked like dollar store junk. I've been trying to get m y money back and they won't answer emails. DON'T buy from them. They are crooks.
