I purchase a set of luggage from them few weeks ago; the fact they had my correct address listed when looking at the parcel details they managed to courier my package to Perth in Western Australia when I am in QLD I'm Eastern Australia on the Gold coast that rang alert bells for me as it was unusual.
Their initial email reply was to wait patiently; so was their 2nd email apologising saying they somehow "lost" my parcel! And I'm to wait 10 to 15 days coz they've reordered it for me!
