Scam ordered 2 pair of boots and nothing!!!
Really angry, ordered two pairs of boots from this company - they never came and there is no way of contacting them.
I’m waiting for the shipping code of my order OKB 12574 confirmed in 02/09. When I sent an email to service@dbtide.com, the answer is “this email doesn’t exist”
No...I just ordered 4 pairs setting me back R1100. I am so upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ALSO ORDERED BOOTS AND I SENT A MESSAGE TO THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS. IT BOUNCED BACK AS WELL. I LOST 27.92. A LESSON LEARNED. PEOPLE FIND WAYS TO SIT BACK AND DO DIRT. WHOEVER IS DOING THIS I HOPE THAT THEY WILL GET CAUGHT. IT'S CRAZY.
I ordered a pair of boots from Dbtide . They did not honor the purchase..the email provided does not exist. There is no other contact address or phone number. The information from my credit card States ma dianchao from Kamloops BC complete with a street address..but when googled produced nothing..no such address..total scammed..so disappointed. They are also using addtide as selling same products .

I As well ordered boots but am embarrassed to say but I fell for it at the end where it says if you purchase 5 pair you save 30% on your order. Well we can chalk that one up on the list of bad things I've done and got scammed on. This online store needs to be removed and the humans need to be dealt with. Here i am 88 dollarless later.
PLEASE READ: I ordered a pair of trapper boots from this site on February 5th, 2021. I recently sent an email to: service@dbtide.com to follow up on my order after reading these reviews. The email bounced back immediately that the Address was not found, see below message:
Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to service@dbtide.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
It seems I am out $27.51 on the Trapper Boots I ordered.
One of life's little lessons learned:

I also ordered a pair of Trapper Boots on February 2,2021. Still says order has not been shipped yet. Tried to contact them was unsuccessful. I definitely learned my lesson.
