All positive reviews are untrue. Terrible quality product. Purchase payment date: April 25. Number of times of use: 5 times. The team does not respond to the request to return the product. Product of inadequate quality! Avoid them!
CAUTION! These people pretend to be a US company selling leather jackets only to then mail you a fake leather item - not a proper jacket - from China which is only loosely lined - not padded as advertised.
They then refuse to refund you the value making the return policy untenable.
They are SCAMMERS engaged in the ILLEGAL ACTIVITY of FALSE ADVERTISING.
I ordered a jacket from them on 2/20/23 and received it on 2/27/23. It did not fit. I saw they had a 30 day return policy and expected that it would be like every other company I have ever purchased from and start on the date of receipt. I called them on 3/22/23 to return the item. I was denied the ability to return the jacket because “the return period expired that day.” They would not work with me at all. I will never purchase from this company and suggest that you don’t either.
I ordered a weather proof hooded jacket from David Outwear for Christmas. When it arrived it was labeled as XL but was obviously an L. It was also made in China ( they said Israel or England) when I emailed them for return directions on the coat I included my phone number so they could call or text me. It turns out their emails to me were going to my spam folder. When I finally did make contact I was 2 days past their return date. They said that sense they couldn't honor a return that they would give me a special 20% off on my next purchase, really? How generous! So basically they were saying to keep the product I couldn't wear because of their mistake and buy more from us. Not a great marketing plan.

I ordered 2 jacket poor quality trying to get a refund and send item back no response from them
Nie polecam czekam od grudnia 2021 na kurtkę ! Po kontakcie email są wysyłane nowe numery paczek które nie są nawet skierowane dla mnie !
I ordered a product which was poor quality. I have been trying to get them to respond to my emails with no luck. I think I have been scammed.
I had a little problem with my first order, then i placed a second order. The second order got here and the 1st got lost, (xmas time) I got my money back right away. Their jackets run a bit smaller so order 1 size up unless your a skinny skinny guys. But the Jacket was awesome for the price. The lady helping me was also awesome, good customer service.
