What is Cysue .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as casual dresses, outerwear, sweaters, cardigans, two piece sets, mini, maxi, and midi dresses, tops, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Cysue is classified as one of the suspicious sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address on its About Us and Contact Us pages as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Cysue that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Erhars, Anxat, Klylo, Vanayia, Syewo, Melyp, Fufes, Alxye, Abilvia, Weabel, Ericry, Payaler, CloudMemorie, Gabrinl, Dacelyn, LonelyArtis, ValaNio, Besoia, Ambrete, Brizka, Akorry, Choliva, Melelly, Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. service@cysue.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee at the bottom of the Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above presented facts, the conclusion can be made that Cysue is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Needing to return 2 dresses which didn't work out. After reading all of the reviews I'm not very optimistic about either hearing from anyone or getting a refund. Neither of the sites they directed me to work. If anyone comes up with a phone # or email to contact them I would appreciate you sharing it. Thanks

  2. I ordered and was told I could return
They would not provide return mailing info
How can I deal with this

  3. I agree with Linda Kirkby. I quickly looked online to see if they were legit and saw they were out of California (not true) so ordered 3 dresses and all of them are larger than a typical small and fit awful. Fabric is not as expected and one of the dresses if full of static - it sticks to my skin everywhere. After emailing "service@cysue.com" three times, they responded 7 days later and offered me $18 and said I could keep the products. I paid $119.97. NOT HAPPY.

  4. It is impossible to find a return site or number to contact someone. Their product is terrible and as a consumer I’ve been robbed. I should have researched this site better.

  5. I ordered $94 worth of clothing, wanted to return and they offered to credit me $15, I said no, then $25, I said no, then $35, I said no again. Last email they said their final offer was $40, by that time I was done haggling for my money and took it. I did get the credit. I have never had to fight to return a product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They say they are in London but in their email they said they were in Dubai! Had I known that I would never of ordered from them. Beware of China too, they got me for $100 years ago!

  6. Site is somewhat of a scam. While we received their product, it was not sized correctly. As such, we immediately wanted it returned. They made ridiculous offers of $12 if we kept it.

Having credit card company reverse their charge.

  7. I’m pretty sure you are right about it being a scam. Ordered dresses a month ago and nothing. What scares me is that they have my credit card info. Dumb me. I’m sticking with brands I know.

  8. Cysue is not what they say they are. Ordered and it is cheap material. What looks to be sequins on one of the dresses when you get the dess is printed circles. Also, the sizing is way off. I normally order a small in dresses and ordered a medium in this and still did not fit. They say on facebook the clothing is made and shipped in LA, California and the shipping address on the package is from Springfield Gardens, NY. There is a shipping label under the shipping label to myself and this is from China. I have contacted customer service for a refund and will see how this goes. BUYER BEWARE!!!
