Furthermore, they have mentioned in their "Governing Law" that their terms of service and any separate agreements whereby they provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Now how can a China based company's governing law be governed by the laws of Cyprus? Is it really logical?
Payment Gateway:
If you click the payment gateway icons like PayPal, VISA etc. placed at the bottom of the Curveslove website, then those are not clickable.

curvslove.com is a scam.
I purchased two itmes in May 2020 and received one item in July. I was shipped a romper which was not what I ordered. Customer service, was not only poorly written with scripted responses but they refused to refund me or fulfill the item. As of today 09/04/2020, curveslove.com domain not longer exists.
After months of emails, I pretty much had $45 stolen from the online purchase.
I am unable to find any way to report the issue.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this post as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have a different weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal.
