Is CURVEOCEAN a scam or a genuine company?

Before coming to any conclusion we are going to show you the real picture of this CURVEOCEAN company from our research and findings after which you can easily figure out whether it is a fake or real company or you shall trust this website or not. We know that the scammers are so smart that they are making such online sites which seems just like original sites but please note that when the company is a scammer, they leave so many loopholes that can be figured out. Thus, let’s talk about some major factors which definitely explain whether the company is a scam or legit.

So let’s start with the CURVEOCEAN review:

CURVEOCEAN is an online shopping clothing store that offers swim dresses, cover-ups, and several other fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about CurveOcean before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized CurveOcean as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

First of all, the company’s address and contact phone number of CurveOcean has not been provided on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details or anywhere else on its website. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information and if any company is not providing the verified company address then we shall not trust such companies.

Payment Gateway:

If you click the payment gateway icons like Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, etc. placed at the CurveOcean website, those are not clickable. Legit companies mostly provide clickable payment gateway icons and scam companies mostly use such icons only for the display in order to look genuine and trick the people.

Copied Images/contents:

CurveOcean is using the copied images from the other site which the legit sites never do. The quality of the images is blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Similarly, the contents of the website are also not the original but copied from the other similar types of sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

Just think is it trustworthy that some genuine site really can afford to provide huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell? Definitely not because how can they make a profit with this type of business strategy? We have found that such a strategy is used by most of the scam companies to attract and trick people on their website and CurveOcean is also following the same strategy. So it seems like they are also be trying to scam the people.

Returns and Exchange:

CurveOcean has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and refund which says that the product must be unused and in the original packaging with all the original labels to be eligible for the return and exchange. Now without opening the packaging or using it, how can a shopper know about the quality of the product or the function of the product? However, they even make customers pay for the refund i.e. product return shipping cost which is mostly non-refundable. And the customer support, as well as delivery time, of sites similar to CURVEOCEAN is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to confusing provisions.

There may be an argument that after all they are offering refunds but you must be clear that they are only trying to escape from the consumer’s legal issues but actually this kind of refund policy is adopted by only the scam companies as getting a refund from them is almost impossible due to their this and that provisions.

Other factors which indicate CurveOcean to be the doubtful site are:

# CurveOcean looks like yet another company which is following the same regular pattern and modus operandi i.e. content and website theme which other suspicious or scam companies generally use.

# CurveOcean may cheat the shoppers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than they advertise on their website or lesser the value of the product.

# CurveOcean has not secured its website due to which its customers’ personal information like their email address, credit card details or payment gateway details may be utilized for other's benefits or maybe for the scam.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how CurveOcean and similar type of companies are doing their business and are they really a recommended sites or not, what are their basic fundamental approaches and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that CurveOcean is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value. In both ways, you will be defeated by them.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify by yourself to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. 1. I ordered, and it went through my PayPal account, now am disputing the charge, after I received a message from them stating that they didn't have some of the items in stock, and to find the items I want and tell them which item I wanted as a replacement, went to the site and it's no longer available.

I wish I'd researched this before buying, but it showed up on my IG feed, and the PayPal worked, so I had no reason to doubt it. Buyer beware!!!

  2. This Curveocean also goes by Curvelady they have a website on Facebook!! I see a lot of women being scammed, and I am one of those unfortunate women. Their address is 13901 Yorba Ave. Chino, California 91710.

  3. I am in the exact same spot with them. They want pictures of me in the bathing suits I ordered and they won’t give me the return instructions. The policy says returns must be within 15 days of delivery and I think they’re stalling until the 16th day. One of the bathing suits strap is broken. One doesn’t fit. All three were purchased for a tropical vacation that had to be cancelled because of Coronavirus! They are a SCAM!!!

  4. Do not order from this company. The bathing suits are of fine quality but they are awful people to try to do a return. The bathing suits did not fit me and they demanded I send them pictures of myself in the bathing suits or they will not help me. They are refusing to refund me my money and send me return instructions. They aren't on the BBB website and I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
