Curve Lady might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# CurveLady hasn't provided its company’s address or contact phone number. So, this makes CurveLady a very suspicious website.

# Like lots of scam sites, the website CurveLady has also lots of drawbacks. For example; its website theme is very untidy; lots of contents provided on the CurveLady website match with multiple scam sites; it is claiming to sell lots of products at a heavy discount price which seems too good to be true; its almost impossible to get full refund as per the Refund Policy of CurveLady such as it has mentioned the sales or promotional items can't be refunded but the majority of products on CurveLady are on discount and it has mentioned the worn items can't be refunded but it is selling clothes which must be wear to check the size; it hasn't secured its website properly with security services like McAfee or Norton and so on. # These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discounts or claiming to sell the shortage items, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores that haven't provided any contact information or have provided fake contact information such as Homentic, Frillent, Ludozo, Dorione, BrritoStore, Delight, WeeklySeeDress, EgvStore, Agorastetora, Maskinusa, Us.HomeKitchenGoods, Remasks, AirifyMasks, Demuns, Pleasanty, MaskBooking, Masiat, Vivierstore, Soroks, Heartul, Bluewwo, Chokero, AriasShop, MateClubs, Fefall, Prettyat, Knixdon, KolkStore, Morclothes, Usnotion, Savazr, LarryCloth, Zrevo, Morrisoh, Dimenticarti, YourPetClub, MagicTranslator, Carfler, ChapelGadgets, JinnieStore, BFGlasses, CycloneBlender, VveoskLife, Annjolies, WhateverYouBuy, Eternaltube, IMShopSavvy, GetGotGotten, IHollyHome, Tumeyy, Loracmoon, Bloopzie, Swamay, ThekShoppingTVShop and so on.

I should have read the reviews., Yes, I got scammed for over $250.00. I have reported them to Facebook. This is mail fraud. I will report them to the FBI and police. DO NOT BUY. YOU CAN NEVER RETURN AND THEIR CLOTHING ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE. ALL THE SAME, NO RETURN E MAILS WITH ADDRESS TO MAIL BACK.

  2. Scam! What a mistake ordering from them. You cannot return even though their website says you can. They will stop responding to your emails. Please learn my lesson so I get SOME satisfaction from this terrible decision.

  3. Don’t order from here! Scam! I learned my lesson after making the stupid mistake of ordering without researching reviews. So frustrated, save yourself the hassle. You cannot return even though their website says you can.

  4. My husband ordered about $500 worth of items from Curvelady.com. 17 out of 18 items arrived and they're not what they advertised as all of you have said. I reached out to request a refund and 38 email communications later - a lot of run around - I have an address. I'm nervous to ship it to their CA location in fear that they won't refund me anyway...here is it for anyone who wants it:

    cosignee: JS Express
    c/o 2020
    13901 Yorba Ave.
    Chino, CA 91710

Phone number: 917-410-5217 (always goes right to an automated vm) useless.

When I looked up this address it is shown as a property for lease.

  5. THANK YOU ALL for your insight and information regarding this company. I was ABOUT to order approx $150.00 of holiday shirts for gifts. At the prices they offer and the really cute holiday theme seemed to be the answer for a nice yet reasonably priced gift. Well after reading ALL the reviews I quickly changed my mind and was saved from loosing money and most importantly my peace of mind. Again thanks to all for the guidance. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

  6. All negative reviews are true. They will go back and forth with you till their “15 day return policy” is up then tell you it’s too late and “hope you understand”.
I did end up getting a $45 refund which is more than I’ve seen anyone get but I also spent $140. I should consider myself lucky.
You’re able to write a review in the page of your order information but it’s then “submitted for moderation” so I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say I doubt any 1-start reviews are ever seen

I continue to warn my fellow “curved ladies “ not to purchase anything from this company. I did and have been ripped off for $148.00. It took 4-8 weeks for me to receive my complete order after I placed it and paid in full. The separate packages all arrived without packing slips and return instructions. You can only contact this company via e-mail, no phone number. The clothes were poorly made, exposed stitching, and of some strange fabrics not resembling the product photos shown on line. The clothes run VERY small, even the extra large. They will not honor their published 30 free return policy. They will not refund you. They offer you a very small reimbursement for you to keep the clothes and donate them, claiming they want to save you the expense to return the clothes to China ( your only option) while refusing to provide the return address and their phone number. If you agree, they will not actually reimburse you employing the very stall tactics and promises the use when you contact them to return their clothes. Again, do not order from this company. It is a scam.

DO NOT purchase from Curve Lady!! I mistakenly thought it was a legitimate business. I received substandard clothing that does NOT fit, is cheaply made, and is horrible fabric. I have tried numerous times to get a resolution. They want me to send the items back to China, at my cost, or accept less than 50% of what I paid for the clothing to just keep it and donate it. I do not even feel good about donating these items, and I do not want to accept less than half. I am disputing through PayPal right now. I would NEVER have purchased from this Company if I new I was dealing with a Company in China that plays games and won't allow returns to the US (where my package was shipped from, by the way). No where on their site does it say you have to send returns to China. SCAM. I am trying to work with PayPal to get a full refund in the dispute center. Fingers crossed that they will not support a Scam business.

  9. I am another foolish buyer. I received the clothing, which was small and I immediately e-mailed the customer service as policy indicated. For at least 3 weeks each day they told me to take pictures and measurements Of the clothing and send in a pdf file. I continually sent them the original order, With their pictures and descriptions And asked for a return address but they persisted. For another week they started offering me $3, then 5, 7 and suggested I donate or gift the clothes as it would coat $32 to ship it to China and take a long time to refund. At the 1 month point, “Evelyn”, (I believe I was communicating with the same person using different names) Told me I had exceeded the 1 month return window and offered me $32. My order had been $138. It was obvious I had made a mistake by ordering from them and accepted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! Worried about credit card info!!!!!! At least I got several responses from them. What a dumb mistake on my part. Doubt refund as well-she said it would take 10-15 days.

Thank God for the reviews. Saved me from buying anything and getting scammed. Sorry to all who did. What a bunch of asshats.

  11. Curvelady does not stand behind their merchandise. They take your $$ and that’s it. They do not respond to emails & there is not a phone number or legitimate address. Don’t Order From Them!!

  12. I ordered a couple of items that are the wrong size. I have made several attempts to follow their return policy by going to service@curvelady.com but this website doesn’t exist so I will be donating these item to charity.

I meant CLOTHES... not closes. 🙁

CRAP CRAP CRAP… do NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING ANYTHING!
You'll receive it 2 months later and wish you never ordered anything! The CLOSES ARE TERRIBLE.
I think paper is thicker than the "so called linen" shirts....
    I couldn't be more disappointed!

Same story here ! I bought one top $24 plus shipping. I finally received the shirt but it was not Linen like the picture and the logo was not embroidered. It was super sheer nylon with a plastic iron on "hippy van" not at all like the photo. No return label of course but I have been corresponding with a woman named Evelyn. Hopefully a return and refund will happen soon. I should have known better too. Buyer Beware !

Purchased over $100.00 worth of apparel on 4/26/20, it's 5/22, have not received anything. Contacted per website contact, no response received. Btw, Curvelady was an advertisement on Candy Crush game. Not my best decision, but clothes looked so nice, and comfy too!

    1. I finally received 3 out of 5 items ordered. All made in China, if I had known that, would not have ordered anything at all! According to their website, company is based in Ireland. What a scam company!

I bought 16 items ($328.41) on April 29, 2020. I finally received a single USPS tracking number for all 16 items, which I assumed would be delivered in a large package containing all 16 items. When I got the notification from USPS that my package arrived, I figured with so many items, it'd be on my front porch step, but it wasn't. When I went to my mailbox, there it was--one single package stuffed inside. I opened it up, and there was only ONE item of those that I ordered. I have now waited 3 days thinking the packages got separated, have called USPS, and there are no other packages. I have reached out by email to CurveLady as per their contact infomation given, but no response. They have cheated me of more than $300 worth of clothing? Isn't this a felony???? Making matters worse, the one item I did receive was described as a cotton/linen blend Summer Pockets Striped Casual Capri Pants - White. They are "BADLY-made" of heavy sweatshirt material, no linen blend whatsoever, so defintely not Summer pants, and there is no striped pattern as pictured or described in the item title. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! This is a hideous practice, especially as the world is going through a pandemic. I am a single mom who never buys clothes for myself, but when I saw what I thought was a great deal, I thought I would actually treat myself to a wardrobe update. CurveLady took what little money I had and delivered nothing but trash or nothing at all. So very sad. So very embarassed. So very broke. SHAME ON CURVELADY and it's owners and workers, if such a company actually exists. Will continue to post this review in hopes no one else is taken in by this company.

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which has less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank or credit card company or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank or credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank or credit card company or PayPal.

      Good Luck!

I hope this helps other shoppers; please note that I purchased 4 blouses for $92. It took longer than stated for delivery and when the package finally arrived only one of the blouses ordered was enclosed. When I checked the Curvelady website for help/return the stated method of contacting them to return item and request refund was "non-found". Additionally the blouse was a lot smaller than stated size and unwearable by me. Good luck

I also got scammed. I bought 4 shirts and ended up getting one package in my mailbox with One shirt. I have contacted Curvelady many times and the only response was it was in the mail. It has been a month and a half and now I am going to my bank to change my information and see what else I can do to get my money back. Thank you for a least airing this site to help others be aware of these fraudulent practices.
