Complete scam - wanted to return a bathing suit for my mother and was told I could not - to give it away and offered a minuscule $3 refund. DO NOT BUY
I also fell victim to this scam. I ordered a swimsuit 2 sizes above my actual size and it is very small. I asked for an address for an exchange and was denied and address or phone number. They told me the same, donate it or give to a friend. They offered me a $5.00 refund when I paid almost $40.00 Ive shared their ad on Facebook so others are aware and to not get sucked in to their scam.
Ordered three items for $90 on May 17, 2020 and it is now July 21, 2020 still have not received them. Unsatisfactory customer service only by email and takes days for a response, then somebody tells you to please be patient and wait. Terrible business etiquette. I have now requested a refund and was told to wait 30 days!! Live and learn.
I ordered 3 suits....they did not flatter my body type and I requested to return them...you have to obtain an authorization and mailing address...they kept putting me off and finally advised me to either keep them or give them away.Shipping to China is so expensive, was their excuse.
