I ordered a golf bag from Concast a company in China on 4-4-21. My continued email to bestservice 24@outlook.com was usually successful in getting a reply suggesting Covid19 was the reason the deliveries were delayed. This was advertised on Facebook and thru my research the BBB rates Concast as a D-. The first and last order I will transact with any FB vendors. Very much a scam and FB should have been aware of this. Buyer beware if it sounds too go to be true it is a China Facebook scam. Requested a refund! Do you think I will be reimbursed??
Comcast is not a trustworthy company that sell internet, phone, and mobile, and cable service. This is a company that all customers should be suspicious of because they never follow through on their advertised services. Therefore, customers should be ware of the scams. I purchased cameras, mobile service which I never received a confirmation number or a receipt. Then they have this dumb machine answering calls that tries to communicate with customers and it is constantly telling you to make a payment. My mobile phone was turned offf and comcast turned of my ADT Home Security and now for days I have been without my ADT Home security system with the Doorbell Cameras and the sensors are not working to the entrance like the doors and the windows. I dont have a Home Security system with Comcast. I am sure you dont want a system with Comcast because their systems are not trustworthy. They are not equipped for the times that we are living in; therefore, comcast /Xfinity need to shut down and find another trade.

ordered a golf cart, been a while, where is my product?
Ordered golf bag. After several efforts to obtain shipping and tracking information I finally received an notification that the item has shipped and was delivered to a city in Washington state which is approximately 3000 miles from my address in Virginia. I then filed a claim through PayPal. I subsequently received a message with a totally different tracking number and that is was delivered on May 5th at 3:10pm. I was home all afternoon and there was no delivery of a package large enough to contain a golf bag. I visited my local post office and learned that the tracking number was associated with a 4oz envelope. I also spoke with my mailman who confirmed he did not deliver any package that would have contained a golf bag and that the time of the alleged delivery is not a time he would have been at my address. Not only have I escalated my claim through PayPal , I have filed a dispute of the credit card charge with my bank.
Bought a set of Mizuno irons for dirt cheap. It's been over 3 weeks and no response. I should have done more research on this company. I guess I can kiss my $$ goodbye.
I purchased a golf bag from Concast on march 22,2021 and never received or notified about my order. I have e-mailed the address bestservices24 at outlook.com and appears to be a scam. Recently found this information on line about Concast being a phony and a scam. Be aware of this and do not buy anything from this company.
i ordered from this site through PayPal. cant track order and no replys to my messages. Might have been a bad decision.
It appears that I was scammed by this phony web store. It amazes me that a company like Facebook would not have done their due diligence and research before allowing stores like this. If its too good to be true, its probably fake. Shame on you Facebook!!
