I ordered 1 purse from this company from an add on Facebook. I did receive the purse. Not leather but a good resemblance. Carried it to weeks and the handle broke off. I found an a gmail address on my original order conformation. When I contacted them they say to return the purse it must be in the original packaging. It came in a plain plastic bag in a paper envelope. No receipt, no return paperwork. After replying regarding their return requirements they say they will return to my account $6.00 dollars. I paid $24.99 for the purse and $9.99 for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am surprised the UK is permitting this kind of fraud.
I ordered bag and belt . I received email from them that it was already shipped. But when I checked the tracking number it is not found. This company is SCAM I learned my lesson.

I ordered 4 sets of their supposed leather hand bags. They arrived and what rubbish they are. I would even be embarrassed to donate them to a thriftshop. I sent an email to complain and ask for a refund. They replied back trying to offer an 18 dollar credit for goods paid 124 dollars. Last email, please don't involve paypal, we'll give you 30 dollars. Their bags are ordinary, machine produced, Chinese pieces of garbage. Don't be fooled people.
I received my order but the quality is a piece of shit I wouldn’t even let my daughter play with it so bad! And now I can’t get a hold of them to get my money back so I’m going to my bank to get a refund.
I purchased 2 bags a nd a wallet from them on 7/28/21. I received them on 8/7/21. They do NOT appear to be leather and have a nasty smell to them. I was charges an add'l $2.08 on my card after my order was paid in full. Comfywearing is denying these charges even though I have a printout from my bank. They refuse to give me their address so I can mail them a copy of it. They just keep saying to check with my bank. I even got a new bankcard to ensure they will not charge again. I found it's a terrible company as far as customer service goes and also terrible products. My bags are more like faux leather. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! I will not do business with them again nor will have anything good to say about them.

I ordered a wallet from comfywearing.com two days ago. I haven't gotten a confirmation number from them or even an acknowledgement of the order. I should have checked to see if it had bad reviews. I will have to call my bank and stop payment.Hopefully,I have learned a lesson.
I ordered 5 leather bags on JUne 20th which are missing. Now they are asking me to call the local post office who has not even received the package from comfywearing.

Really IT IS A FAKE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. After asking for refund after one month of my ordering they suddenly send me my 5 bags in 3 days which had no track previously.

Company total scam. I ordered which I thought were 2 leather handcrafted purses. I received them. Cheap quality I could have bought at Roses Dept store for 4.00. I paid 84. 00. After sending hate emails. They said they would refund me 8.00 and keep the bags. I've returned them to the address in New Jersey with tracking. They asked for the tracking number. Said if it wasn't returned to them I wouldn't get the refund. Well you're not offering an address. So this company it was sent from needs to refund my money. Somebody needs to. Rotten company.
