I did receive my products, but they did not look near as good as in the photos. I tried to return them, but customer service refused to give me an address to return them to. They kept saying it would be too expensive - but would not give me the option to decide that for myself. My conclusion is that their "No hassle returns" is totally false - lots of hassles and no returns. The truth would be "All sales final" - although they are not upfront with that.
