Yup, as above, ordered a sofa bed, never arrived. They said it has been delivered, I work from home, so east always in, asked for proof, sent me an image of a label with my name printed in comic dans s as a supposed signature. I can’t write anymore after a stroke. Have given up trying to get my money back, took too much time arguing with them, can’t get the money reversed by the bank, as time limit has expired.
A total scam. The so called company sent me several emails stringing me along on delivery and a request of a refund. Refund never happened nor did my purchase.
I will fall for something like this again.
Wow! All the previous comments are the same as my experience. I can’t believe I wasted as much time as I did trying to get a refund from these scammers.
TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered a couch, and it was never delivered the address they claim to have delivered it too doesn’t exist!! They claim to keep checking with the logistics company but it’s all a scam you’ll never get it.. to make a long story long I ordered the couch for months ago and never received it..
I too ordered a couch last December and not received my item. Checking the tracking it said that the item was stopped at customs and was returned. They then said they would send another one asap. Checking the tracking it says it was delivered to my address and signed by me. I have asked to see a copy of the so called signature but do not expect to receive it.
People should absolutely avoid ordering from this company.
Ordered a couch last November never turned up “tracking” said returned as couldn’t get through customs- contacted them then apparently “ resent” it then tracking said delivered and signed for it - I asked them for proof of delivery and or signature as I’ve been home to which they provided a false signature, I stated that then they said logistics signed for it, I have been demanding a refund they gave saying I have to pay the logistics company $60 for their troubles

YEP THEY ARE A SCAM..... I ordered a Couch - not delivered, can't get a refund out of them. They tell you "your package" has been delivered - its a freakin couch - not a small box of screws !! Very hard to "misplace" a couch. They tell you they will follow up with the logistics Company but they don't. I will never buy from them again
Same here.. the address it was delivered to doesn’t even exist. What a scam.
A website with the name lucysp.shop claims that their parent company is Cofoon. On that website they sell heavily discounted DeWalt tools. Studying the site in more detail reveals that they have stolen a lot of the textual content from other established and reputable businesses. The most outrageous claim is that the website content is copyrighted by Wayfair LLC , something that is a result of copying code from a Wayfair page and not spotted this. I have reported it to Wayfair as well s Facebook.
Ordered last of Nov. keep tell me logistics aren’t right, then they say so sorry to keep you waiting. I have all the e-mails they have sent. I’m still out money and couch. This company is a sorry piece of shit to treat people this way and should be prosecuted..
Ordered and our in November, no couch… no refund… no contact… please give me my money… you people and mean and prey on those who just try and do the best for our family…
