What is ClothingSoul.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling fashion and clothing items like tops, hoodies, gym leggings, swimwear, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Clothing Soul is suspected to be one of the suspicious sites on the basis of the following drawbacks:

# It has provided its parent company’s name and address as COOBUY LIMITED Office No.352 Manchester Business Park, 30000 Aviator Way, Manchester, Lancashire, England, M22 5TG on its Terms of Service page and that is also by taking a screenshot of the address instead of directly writing the address on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google.

# Not only that but lots of details provided on this website match with the scam sites operating under Qandies Limited. So, it looks like COOBUY LIMITED is another company operating by the same group or they may just have provided the random company name which belongs to another company. Either way, it is definitely not a good sign. Besides this address is used by other suspicious sites like Fashmoney, Wstrnco, Casross, OrangeMimi, OverHango, MiniParadises, Bruckiki, SunnyCozy, Nicoinfinity, Fashiontata, Jenoop, JumpoverShop, Vasttopshop, Ofiyaa, Shapeni, HazzysMen, Hosode, Firstores, ZenoJewels, Queenieke, Puravidalike, StokeStyle, Nigelily, Cozycomfygoody, Casefory, Lakeea, Swimsuitsnova, Mensens, Crushlee, Buybuydays, etc.

# Its email addresses i.e. z1076020412@gmail.com , clothingsoul@hotmail.com and clothing-soul@hotmail.com are also a free email addresses but not the domain specific ones.

# We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

# It has a Return and Exchange Policy that is unrealistic and bogus for the return and exchange of items purchased.  It may even makes its buyer responsible to pay the return shipping costs. Thus, it is evident that these kinds of sites are not willing to fully or partially refund back the amount.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above facts, it is concluded that Clothing Soul is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

In this case, it’s better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

      Good Luck!
