I ordered a white jumpsuit on September 21th, it is now October 20th and I still have not received my order.
I ordered clothes from this website since January and have not received anything from them. I tried to get in touch with them and yet no response. This morning I received an email from the site asking me to rate one particular outfit. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE FOUR PIECES OF CLOTHING SO HOW CAN I RATE IT.
Return policy is not a real policy. They just want to sell you things and force you to pay for shipping the stuff back if you got the wrong color or size or when their products are defective. They told me customs department is strict so don’t return things. They gave me the lowest compensation on a product that was made poorly by them. Do not recommend shopping there unless you don’t care about spending your money on bad products.
I purchased a pair of pants along with a top. The items come in a timely matter how ever the top was too small. I contacted customer service and request an exchange for a larger size. Customer service contact me stating that I had to send a photo of the item before it could be returned. I sent a photo as requested which they said they could not open. After several attempts I was able to send a photo by another email. It has been two week and I have never heard from them. I will never shop with this company again. They are a scam.
DEFINITELY a scam. Clothing pictures and described is NOT what’s shipped. Style is inaccurate and materials used. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT REFUND. They will say sending the item back is too expensive and it is a good chance it won’t make it to them, so it’s useless. Save yourself the headache and financial loss.
I placed an ordered for about 5 pairs of earrings from this site as it was advertised on FB. I got a total of 3 pairs of earrings; 2 of which were what i asked for and 1 not even something I had seen on the website. Ot took 3 weeks to get that. I emailed them asking about them; why was it taking so long to the other 2 sets. They said there was a delay and they would send it out as soon as they could (I'm paraphrasing). I sent another email 7/9/21 and on 7/12 theu respomded sayinf theu sent out an ail about a dress i ordered that was out of stock. (I never ordered any damn dress, I ordered earrings). So today I sent them an email requesting a refund for the remaining earrings that I did not get. I doubt I'll even get it ATP.

Wow, I’m so sorry you guys are going through this, it’s not right.
I on the other hand ordered from them early June 2021. It took approximately a month for the clothes to get here. I ordered the clothes one size larger and they fit perfect. Loved the fabrics and styles for the price. I also love that I bought 3 sets and got a 4th one free! I was very happy with 3 out of 4. The fabric one maxi dress was a bit clingy so it showed all imperfections. I was happy with my purchase. Thank you CLOCOLOR !
My order never came … I research the package order #, call my local post office and nothing can be tracked or trace . The customer email keeps telling me to call the 800 # to postal service.. but nothing . Will never order again from this site !
I wish I had researched this company before ordering anything from them I’m trying to return and get refunded but they want me sell the clothes or give it away I’m so angry
