I ordered shoes and I knew I shouldn't but I really liked them. Didn't take too long to receive BUT THEY ARE TOO SMALL and I can't find a way to return them. I am so mad as this is not the first time I have been took by this scam. I emailed and it was returned. No phone number.
Difficult to get a good response. Typical corrupt Chinese. Do not use these companies. Everything is fake!!!!!!!? Watch out for any Chinese company, they cannot be trusted.
Do not buy from Cilool website. My dad is 90 and needed diabetic shoes. I ordered him size 9 and a month later received size 7.5… I emailed the company and they offered to give me 20% refund. What????? Working with PayPal now to see if there is any options, etc.
Do not buy from them. My shoes are too small, and I cannot return them. They will not send me an address to return them. In fact they do not respond to emails at all.
I have had a bad feel about this Company. We received something wrong color and no response to return . No return op. Ratings. All bad or returns.
